Hey, this is my first log attempt and I thought I'd invite everyone to tag along for the ride.:cheers:

I will attempt to keep this log on a daily basis or as close as possible to that.
I'll list my personal starting info, the stack info, and what my goals are.

The goal is to make it as detailed as possible(without being boring). I'll record all starting measurements and then post final measurements at the end.

I'll report on these items-
Lifting routine

and any other general conditions that may exist

Stats-
50 yrs. old
6'
197lbs.
My workout routine is broken up by body part and I do lift heavy. This stack WILL be put to the test. General cardio workouts will be included.
My goal is to add lean mass while gaining strength(isn't that everyone's goal!!!)

Day 1

Today was first day on the stack.

Very rushed as wife was starting school tonight. Only had 45 mins. to workout.

Chest/Bicep
Flat bench- 185x10, 225x10x2, 185x10x2
Incline bench- 135x10x2, 185x10x2
Seated incline press- 190x10, 210x10, 190x10
Seated machine fly- 190x10x3
Dumbell curl- 30x10x2, 40x10, 45x10, 25x10
Seated machine curl- 110x10x3

Elbow was really flaring up today so curls were light and it still was killing me. Need the cissus to kick in.

Strength- too early
Energy-5/10- Long day
Focus-4/10- Not there, too much on the mind, rushed workout
Pump-7/10- Felt chest after second set, great vascularity
Libido-4/10- not there, too much stress
Stress-8/10- just to qualify, I'm leading the project to build my company a new facility and it's at a critical point with finances and build schedule.

First day feeling was good. Just taking the Lean xtreme and Activate xtreme per the stack plan, Triazole starts in week 3.

That was the way I was planning to run the two as well. Get the ActX up and running and then bring the Tzole in. It has begun!!

Day 2

Was a little more sore than usual so the rushed workout with high reps gave me a good pump and soreness the next day.

Day 2 was an off day so no workout but I am noticing some effects.

In general my mood was good, it seems like I'm feeling more mellow and focused. The Lean Xtreme is not giving me any energy bump but it is limiting my appetite.

I spent 6 hours leading a meeting yesterday with a rotating group of people and managed to remain focused and driven the entire time.
Sleep was great last night and woke up with wood this morning.

Today is Back and Tri's.

This is not my normal complete workout but slightly shortened due to adjusting to the wife's new schedule. I should be back on track this weekend.

Strength- good but still early
Energy-7/10-better today, good drive
Focus-6/10-much more into the workout today
Pump-6/10- OK but vascularity was thru the roof, veins poppin'
Libido-4/10- No change
Stress-6/10- much better, something is making me feel more even and mellow. Possibly the Activate xtreme?

Sleep was good and woke up with wood again, very good sign.
Weighed in at 194.8lbs today. Maybe the Lean xtreme is cutting my water quickly?
Either way I don't mind the scale going down alittle as long as strength stays good.

Just starting but like the way I'm feeling as something is helping reduce the stress. Staying focused on dosing all these supps at the right time for max affect.

Strength- Legs felt really good, all strong lifts

Libido-8/10- it's coming on strong, this weekend was gooood
Stress-5/10- stress has really subsided since starting this stack, not sure why?

Overall good workout and generally feeling pretty good. Kinda feeling mellow which is odd for me as I'm usually high strung, but I like it.
One more week and I add the Triazole to the stack. Looking forward to it.

The one odd thing is my weight is swinging all over the place. Friday I was 194lbs. today I'm 199lbs. Not sure why the big swings up and down?

Good question but the odd part is I'm in a calorie deficit at the moment.
I have always had swings of 2 lbs. sometime 3lbs. but 5 seems high.

I'll weigh in tomorrow and see where I'm at and update with my chest/bi report.

Day 7

Chest and Bi's w/ tri's

Did a killer chest/ tri workout. The elbow was so bad I had to give up on bicep workout after 2 exercizes. The after affect kept me up half the night due to overdoing it. Still real bad now.

Good overall chest with everything kinda clicking. No energy or focus issues, and had time for a complete workout. The tri's were really pumped during the workout and felt strong the entire time.

Strength- good and solid
Energy-7/10- no issues there, felt no fatigue
Focus-7/10- Head was in it tonight
Pump-7/10- felt good overall pump
Libido-6/10- had a good weekend so wasn't thinking about it today
Stress5/10- this is the suprising part. Whatever is in these supps is helping with my stress levels, perhaps combined with being off stims after about 4 months.

Overall feeling good about things. Still more soreness than usual but let's see how that plays out.
Weighed in at 197lbs. even today.

Subbed, I'm only a youngster at 40 :)09:) but am planning using this stack next year as well.

It could be the Lean Xtreme helping with the stress as it reduces cortisol.

I have noticed a tremendous difference in my daily stress level. Really happy about it because I'm kinda always stressed with job stuff.

Day 9

Back/shoulder & Abs

Great overall workout-
Seated machine lat pulldowns
close-grip cable pulldowns
seated machine rows
and did multiple shoulder cable exercizes. Just did a great overall shoulder routine from all angles.
Moved on to Abs with cable crunches, machine crunches, side machine crunches, ect.

Strength- 7/10-feeling good strength throughout the entire workout
Energy-8/10- seem to have no issues here, stamina is really staying strong
Focus-7/10-Head is in the game, not letting anything distract from my workouts
Pump-7/10-I am beginning to feel the abs during most workouts which means they are tightening up, which I like. Felt the wings in my back last night.
Libido-6/10- Had a great weekend so not really thinking about it but feel it is no issue if needed to respond.
Stress-4/10-I love this part. I have not been busier at work or more hectic at home but am remaining very calm and cool.

Was really into the workout and feeling like the stack is supporting me, possibly a placebo affect but it feels good. Weight was at 197lbs. today.
Start Triazole in 3 days, can't wait for it!!!

Anyone have any suggestions to try and improve my gains? Changing routine? eating more?
Would apprciate any input people have.

Good question.

I'd only lower the Triazole dose if you're in the 160-170lb weight range.

Actually was mentally psyched for today. Went to the gym wanting to kill leg and accomplished my goal!!!

Libido-7/10- feeling it today
Stress-4/10- feeling good today, lot's to do but no worries

I went to the gym planning to kill it and did. I was looking forward to today and exceeded my expectations. Was walking in the mall about 2 hours later and had "rubber legs". Abs are feeling good.
Weighed in at 195lbs. today. I'm good if my weight goes down to 190 or so as long as my lifts continue to go up!!!

Triazole starts Monday!!! Getting ready as I'm not exactly sure what to expect with an AI but looking forward to it after reading so many good things.
I'm feeling like the stack is starting to kick in now. My waist is looking slightly slimmer and my confidence in my appearance is up.

Did some good overall heavy lifting today and pushed through any feelings of fading or fatigue. Good pump today, legs still have that rubbery feeling from yesterday, I like it!!!
Weighed in at 194.5lbs. today, I like that weight or slightly lower.

Triazole tomorrow!!! Super psyched. I think I've mentioned that before!!!

So from what your saying I'm going to up my tzole dose from 3 to 4 pills a day.
Really looking forward to how the tzole helps my body composition as my strength is really coming along. I'm happy to this point so hopefully it keeps getting better.

I'm on the low end of the dosing protocol listed in their forum
Does that seem low? Will upping it get me an extra kick?

I'm looking for Max gains from this stack.

I took 2/2/2 for the old ActX. Yes you are under dosing I would say. I would kick it up to the 2/2/2 dosing and hold on to your socks!!

So I'll keep the leanx at 3/day and up the activatex to 6/day.
I'll do 4/day on the triazole starting today.

I still need to order my second bottle of each to run the full 8 weeks.

Back workout tonight.
Did a fast paced back/shoulder routine, approx. 35 minutes with an average of 30 seconds or so between sets. Had a good sweat going and got pumped right away. My back felt like it was really spread out after the first 2 exercizes.

Pump-8/10-Felt this after the first few sets. I actually had that Alpha male feeling as i was going through the routine and felt the shirt nice and tight across my back.
Libido-7/10-More consistent now, waking up with wood daily
Stress-4/10-Long but good day at work, no major stress points. I have a very high stress tolerance to start with.

A very fast but good workout. I didn't feel like I cut corners and the pump was good.

I am now dosing-
4 Triazole a day
6 Activate xtreme a day
3 Lean xtreme a day
along with my other supplements listed in the original post
Let's see how this works over the next couple of weeks.
Weighed in at 195lbs. today. Overall no real changes up or down so let's see what happens with the changed dosing schedule.

Really like my leg workouts as I continue to make steady gains. 6 days into Triazole and slightly higher dosing of ActivateX. Can't pinpoint any one specific thing but I believe my muscles are getting tighter and staying solid all day. Feeling good overall with my progress.
Weighed in at 196lbs. which is not up or down but feel leaner in the midsection and abs are tightening up from the consistent workouts.
Out of HGHUp and substituting PowerFULL from my hidden stash.

Had a guy at work who is the only other real focused "workout" guy make a general comment about my chest/shoulders really filling out.

Pump-8/10-Good chest pump, great tricep pump. Everything felt full today
Libido-9/10-Coming on and staying strong, for 50 yrs young I'm feeling frisky lately
Stress-4/10-Sunday, no stress, just chillin'

I need to use a spotter as I feel limited now on raising my strength gains. I need to add DB fly's as my gym only goes to 75lb. DB's. Also starting to rack some of the machines now so have to change my routine up somehow.

For the slightly older guys my libido is really coming on strong and in turn my confidence is up. Waking up with wood everyday.
Sleep has been really good as prior to this stack I was having some issues with sleeping the entire night. Waking up rested everyday.

Need to add more cardio as it is the missing ingredient to helping my fatloss goals.

Now dosing at-
Triazole-4 per day
Activate X-6 per day
Lean X-3 per day
PowerFULL- 5 per day
CEE- 5 grams per day
2 protien shakes daily for extra protien intake. These are meal additions not replacements.

After 3 weeks on these supps I'm really liking the improvements I'm seeing. This stack is doing me right and I'm loving it.

All looking good so far. Are you monitoring your body fat or waist measurement as well as the body weight? I'd be interested to see any changes as this looks to be a very good recomp stack.

I took all body measurements prior to beginning the stack. Don't have BF but wish I did.

Strength is what is suprising me the most now. A little more thinning in the waist coupled with these stregth gains and I'll be a happy camper.

Also feeling an all day muscle hardness lately, not like a pump, but just overall firmness in all muscles.

Pump-8/10-Feeling it alot in the Lats lately. I like it
Libido-7/10-No issues here
Stress-5/10-All day meetings but handled stress well. It still peeks out every now and then

Weighed in the last 2 days at 193lbs. Can't explain the slow loss of weight but I'm fine with it as I would like to be 190 and setting PR's.
Sleep is deep and restfull and have no issues waking up.

Joints are slightly more sore than normal. Not sure if that's the Triazole or just pushing extra weight. Not enough to complain about really.

I work out every other day and feel like I should be in the gym daily. My drive to workout is great and I'm loving that inner motivation.

A few more days and I cycle off the Activate and Lean for 2 weeks. Just Triazole for 2 weeks and then back on all 3.

You are welcome bubba. I just cut the Tzole dose back to 3 ed because I am noticing some problems in chronic joint areas for me. I will see how the change goes. I definitely noticed a better feeling of wellbeing and leaning effect from it though. Hopefully, the lessening will keep these benefits going!

First day of vacation down in sunny Florida.
Wanted to stay in the groove so hit the gym. Slightly rundown due to a real long day at work and a late flight.
Gotta stay focused to keep the results coming.

Feeling some joint discomfort from the Triazole but not too bad.

Just a question- I have 3 bottles of Prime from USPlabs and was thinking of throwing it in when I stop the Activate/Lean xtreme in 2 days. Anybody think that's a good idea? Hold it for when the the total stack ends in 8 weeks?

I would leave the Prime until you have completely finished this stack. You're getting great results already so there is no need to add anything else into the mix.
