I will be running Prime for 8 weeks.... I have tried prime back in day when it was 600mg... so this should fun...
My goal is to get back to my 190-195 frame ... my current weight is 200.. also if you folks have better dosing let me know...

so prime dosing 9 caps on work out day-4 on off day-one day off ( work 5 days)

I did the 69 protocal when it was 600 same as you I had ok resaults.... I was thinking since it has 800 i would just do 4 caps on the none work days... But you might be right to keep to what has work for alot of folks.. I am starting this monday I am still waiting for a couple of things.. glad you are on the train>>


My diet:

Very clean: I will be using fit day to track my food intake…. So I can give you good break down once I get everything ready this weekend.
Body Fat got check last night… 17% I want to get down to @ lest 15 %

Tuesday Swimming
( 1 miles) Boring as crap! + plus basketball

Wed
Back

Thursday
Legs and Shoulders and Concept2 Rowing ( 2000 meter 4 sets 2 min rest)

Friday
Bi and tri

Sat and sun rest

Can ayone give me good Recommendation- besides Melatonin good old sleep aid please

need to stay alseep... That is my issue- I am droping Somnidren-GH

PowerFull works well for me but I don't really have problems sleeping. Any reason you are dropping Somnidren? I've heard good things about it for sleep.

You could always try the Slumber Stack from PP -

I'm in. .. what i found out with teh Somidren big man is use half a dose. . .it puts you in a rem sleep and that is a lighter sleep. . .if you take half the dose it is a great comprimise. . . also if your looking for a nice addition to sleep agent. . .ZMA. . .

Iam droping Somnidren because it was rock hard because it was stored badly... Plus I hear they are coming out with pills... so I am just waiting for that..... I am using ZMK that is my core supp... sometime I just can not get a good deep sleep.

Yeaterday workout was great The pool I did a mile.. then played ball for 2.5 hours until I twisted my knee.. so I took the day off today ( I dose prime 6 caps) I will make up back tomorrow and legs I am hoping on sat if knee is right... that is for now!!!! dam my knee hurts and it has a small grape bubble coming out my knee.. so who the hell knows what that means@@@@@

I want to note:
Prime makes me super super hungry!!!!!!!
Prime seems to be giving some wired energy boost
I did take one scoop of pre-max alone.... ( but Dam I am feeling like I drank 3 cups of coff.)

I felt so focus @ the gym today unreal feeling even now my eye feel like they are going to pop out my head!!!!


I am feeling pretty good about prime right now ( but we have a ways to go0

Good workout. My endurance seems to me growing and i had to stop my self from over training.... I am take a day off prime today@@@ I will be doing legs tomorrow!!!

Today was back day I had a very soild workout!!!!! I hit 225 on the BB low rows- I was feeling it today!!!!! I have look @ my notes from the last time I did prime 600mg and it seems I had lethargy - not this time I feel more awake and focus....

Day 10!!!! today I wanted to see how my knee was so I wanted do some squats!!!

Then I got hey man you want to do some sholders with me, since my knee was kind sore i yes!!! I did not write down what the reps or weight but Dam the young buck is crazy!!!! we did shoulders for an hour and I have to say my shoulders hurt like someone slap my momma!!!!!! We did a tone of super sets!!! this is WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY THE LAST THING WE DID WAS clean and jerk 135 for 5 reps 3 sets -- I walk off the floor feeling on fire!!! Dam i think with out pRIME and 2 scoops of premax I would just died!
Last thing he said to me lets do legs tomorrow!!!!!! ....

back is little sore
I am feeling more power in the gym
I am going to squat 380 on week 6!!!!!

This Pass Friday workout day 11...
I work legs once more onc friday even though I did some squats on thursday... But hey the young buck wanted me to join him!!!.... It was a ok leg workout The guy I am training with is not very strong on legs so I felt i do not get the bang out workout I wanted....I need to ditch him on legs!!!! .... I am hoping the recovery will kick in from prime because so far I am having DOMS and it not fun, I also notice that i can go on for every in the gym ( that is bad when you can not recovery fully and over training)

Chest today Not a very good day.... MY Flat bench was flat and it seems that I can do more reps on the floor press then flat bench...

I went back to my old gym ( not the YMCA- I have two memberships) I had couple of old timers talking about legs and how much they can squat on squat machine- I interrupted them and say said real men squat in a squat rack and not a dam Machine- Both of them said meet them tomorrow for a show down on the squat machine ( will take a pic of the machine plus weight) I am going go swiming after the show down) I am thinking I my be in trouble they are taking about 5 45lb plates on each side!!!!!! it is dam machine com on!

so day 14... i did power squat machine with boys plus sled, calf raise and leg exten and ham curl... i told those boys i would keep up and more check it out the video me doing 630 easy

note:
on the power squat we started with 45 on both sides and keep adding 45 until we got 7 plates

Nice vid but that is one weird looking machine - I've never seen anything like it. Doesn't it put a massive amount of pressure on your lower back i.e. a lot more than a regular squat?

about the same.. When I squat 330 or so my lower back is sore and it feels the same sore... The Power squat machine is great if you want to get your squats up... but your shoulders will be little bruised... A little side note when we where up to 540 we did 12 reps and I and the rest was about to passout... also funny I was not right for the whole night I felt hungry and broke my diet I eat until 9pm and passout cold!!

I am now feeling Prime -now I know why it's called prime because it slowly creeps in your system or Prime your system to do more work.... I am starting to like Prime

I took Prime when it was 600mg and I did not get the results as I am getting now. 800mg makes a huges differents.. Make sure you are taking Creatine -Crepure is very good and cheap or CRe-02 is also very good... I am getting a sample of Con-Cret soon so I am going to try that.. One of the boys @ the gym says it is better then any Creatine he every used!!!! But come on Mono has scientific studies for the last 20 years... But I give it a try.....

Diet diet is the key to unlocking your body potential....

Good luck with prime once you start!

Hey everyone One more very good session.... Today back. Slow movement low reps and weight.. I wanted to get a real good Stretch on back... it was such a great workout for me... My back is pump and I can feel my lats just beaming.. Very nice... Folks @ the gym is still talking about our squat session.. I know my head is a little big from that day and even yesterday arm work... I love it!!!!

6lbs lost in 21 days plus getting some PRs! It sounds like Prime is definitely working for you.

Id say save it. For two weeks its not going to make a dramatic difference, and I recommend some form of PCT after Dermacrine, even if its simply a test booster.

For only a two week run? I think you are better off using the dermacrine for a longer cycle.
I was thinking as get off of prime I will start 4 week cycle of dermacrine -just start the derm two weeks before I end my prime

Well that works. I don't see any problem with running the two together for the last two weeks of Prime, so 4, or even 6 weeks of Dermacrine should be pretty good, and with the TRS + TCF-1 you more then set for PCT. Should be a good run :D

I had a good Bi and Tri workout today!!! My shoulder is still sore so i am taking it easy for th next day or so.... I am looking more lean and I just feel good..
23 days into Prime and the effectiveness of Prime is working..... Last week I started Con-cret.. I am putting Cre-02 on hold....... Con-Cret gives me a be a buzz everytime I take it with Prime...
