  1. Nice vid but that is one weird looking machine - I've never seen anything like it. Doesn't it put a massive amount of pressure on your lower back i.e. a lot more than a regular squat?

    about the same.. When I squat 330 or so my lower back is sore and it feels the same sore... The Power squat machine is great if you want to get your squats up... but your shoulders will be little bruised... A little side note when we where up to 540 we did 12 reps and I and the rest was about to passout... also funny I was not right for the whole night I felt hungry and broke my diet I eat until 9pm and passout cold!!

    wow Pow and holy holy!!! today I did Bis with Rob and Mike.... rob was curling 165 like it was nothing I should of taken a vid but I was in shock on how easy it look for him!!! ( stright bar)... I am now feeling Prime -now I know why it's called prime because it slowly creeps in your system or Prime your system to do more work.... I am starting to like Prime

    I took Prime when it was 600mg and I did not get the results as I am getting now. 800mg makes a huges differents.. Make sure you are taking Creatine -Crepure is very good and cheap or CRe-02 is also very good... I am getting a sample of Con-Cret soon so I am going to try that.. One of the boys @ the gym says it is better then any Creatine he every used!!!! But come on Mono has scientific studies for the last 20 years... But I give it a try.....

  8. Hey everyone One more very good session.... Today back. Slow movement low reps and weight.. I wanted to get a real good Stretch on back... it was such a great workout for me... My back is pump and I can feel my lats just beaming.. Very nice... Folks @ the gym is still talking about our squat session.. I know my head is a little big from that day and even yesterday arm work... I love it!!!!

    I have also added TCF-1 endoamp and toco8

    Insane workout and focus.
    With those workouts the gains will just keep on coming.

    I got my creatine in the mix and things are coming along. Will add my Prime soon.

  10. day 21..... I have taken a few days off because my shoulder is a little messed up

    Yeater day I just a simple chest work out nothing hard just some Incline Dumb bell press, push up and pull ups....

    Id say save it. For two weeks its not going to make a dramatic difference, and I recommend some form of PCT after Dermacrine, even if its simply a test booster.

    Well that works. I don't see any problem with running the two together for the last two weeks of Prime, so 4, or even 6 weeks of Dermacrine should be pretty good, and with the TRS + TCF-1 you more then set for PCT. Should be a good run

  21. I had a good Bi and Tri workout today!!! My shoulder is still sore so i am taking it easy for th next day or so.... I am looking more lean and I just feel good..
    23 days into Prime and the effectiveness of Prime is working..... Last week I started Con-cret.. I am putting Cre-02 on hold....... Con-Cret gives me a be a buzz everytime I take it with Prime...
