Day 10!!!! today I wanted to see how my knee was so I wanted do some squats!!!
Then I got hey man you want to do some sholders with me, since my knee was kind sore i yes!!! I did not write down what the reps or weight but Dam the young buck is crazy!!!! we did shoulders for an hour and I have to say my shoulders hurt like someone slap my momma!!!!!! We did a tone of super sets!!! this is WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY THE LAST THING WE DID WAS clean and jerk 135 for 5 reps 3 sets -- I walk off the floor feeling on fire!!! Dam i think with out and 2 scoops of premax I would just died!
Last thing he said to me lets do legs tomorrow!!!!!! ....
back is little sore
I am feeling more power in the gym
I am going to squat 380 on week 6!!!!!
