    i used to think it might be a little nasty, till i tried it.
    It actually brings the flavor out more in my vanilla whey shake.

    Only reason why I don't eat them raw anymore cause I was told that you'll only get all the nutrients if you cook them... Probably broscience though lol

More than likely is bro science, either way I started doing that a while back because I got some whey isolate and it was only 20g protein per serving and I'm used to takin in 28 to 30g protein with my shakes to equal my daily protein and I figured I'd just add some raw eggs to equal up the dif in protein that I'm missing

  8. Onslaught for my post, tried some new mixings also
    1 1/2 cup skim milk
    1 raw egg
    2 scoops of onslaught
    Still tasted great, I think Ima go skim from now on, as arnold sais " milk is for babies "
    So ill go with a form of milk, picked up the new musclemag, legends issue and I'm currentlyb in pursuit of a 30' inch waste so ima be cutting as much fat and calories out of my diets as possible

Ok first I wanna apologize to anyone following or waiting on a final review, I can't do it now because I want it to be in detail, but my little sister has been in the hospital for about a week and I haven't had time to update.
