3 days on hghpro

got my hghpro yesterday, took 3 caps around 11pm and then 3 caps around 1 when i went to bed. i normally take a long time to fall asleep and rarely sleep soundly. not going to say i fell right to sleep and slept like a rock, but it did feel like sleep was improved. i look forward to what tonight will bring.

Not a problem just the recommened dose is 4 caps but alot of people do 5.

i had to tweak the dosing, when i did 4 caps right at bedtime it made me relaxed but couldn't get to sleep. i found that splitting the dose like i am doing now works out great. i hear ya about the sleep-those guys who fall asleep easily and sleep for 8+hours really don't know how good they have it.


can't believe how much better things are when you get a decent nights sleep-everything in life is improved.
