One Leg Presses 180x10 / 270x10 / 360x10
Machine Squats 215x10 / 245x10 / 275x10 / 305x10 / 335x8
Standing One Leg Curls (One drop set) 90x8 / 60x7 / 30x10 (Trashed my hamstrings like no other)
Week One Mini Review
Well so far i haven't noticed anything pronounced strength wise but i've definitely seen a change in body composition. My muscles are starting to feel alot fuller and i've also noticed a extreme need for water all the time. As far as GHenerate goes, i've noticed improved sleep and i fall asleep alot quicker than i was. I'm definitely expecting big things in the upcoming weeks as everything seems to be running the same time line as other logs.
I pick things up...I put them down! The quest to be HUGE!!!!

Incline Barbell Presses 135x5 / 185x5 / 235x5 / 285x5 / 315x3 (Booo!!! felt damn weak on this exercise yesterday)
Old School T-Bar Rows 135x5 / 180x5 / 225x5 / 270x5 / 300x3(PR) (This totally made up for the crappy bench)
Close Grip Pulldowns sup/ Flat Barbell Presses (Set 1) 200x10 & 185x10
(Set 2) 250x8 & 235x8 (Set 3) 300x6 & 285x5 (Bench just fell flat)
(Set 4) 135x20 & 150x20
Rope Pullovers sup/ Cable Crossovers (Set 1) 110x10 & 50x10
(Set 2) 125x10 & 60x10 (Set 3) 140x10 & 70x10
Notes:
- recovery is definitely improving as i'm not even sore today
- finally broke through the 300lb t-bar barrier...BOOOYA
- was absolutely sick yesterday

man I love those BB Military presses. I need to get up to 225 again... only a month a way. Bring on the pain!!

Hammer Grip Pressowns sup/ Hammer Curls (Set 1) 175x10 & 50x8 (Set 2) 205x10 & 65x8
(Set 3) 235x10 & 80x10 (Set 4) 260x6 (PR!!!!!) & 95x4 (PR!!!!)
(After the first two exercises went bad, I thought this workout was going to be **** but low and behold my strength just cranked up and i killed it)
One Arm DB Extensions sup/ High Double Biceps Cable Curls (Set 1) 30x10 & 30x10
(Set 2) 40x10 & 40x10 (Set 3) 50x10 & 50x10 (Set 4) 25x15 & 60x10
Notes:
- started crappy but finished with a bang!!!
- arms felt like they were going to explode
- felt aggressive and angry after the first two exercises which really got me going
- today was the first time the strength gains have been prominent
- sleep continues to be rock solid
