    Incline Barbell Presses 135x5 / 185x5 / 235x5 / 285x5 / 315x3 (Booo!!! felt damn weak on this exercise yesterday)

    Old School T-Bar Rows 135x5 / 180x5 / 225x5 / 270x5 / 300x3 (PR) (This totally made up for the crappy bench)

    Close Grip Pulldowns sup/ Flat Barbell Presses (Set 1) 200x10 & 185x10
    (Set 2) 250x8 & 235x8 (Set 3) 300x6 & 285x5 (Bench just fell flat)
    (Set 4) 135x20 & 150x20

    Rope Pullovers sup/ Cable Crossovers (Set 1) 110x10 & 50x10
    (Set 2) 125x10 & 60x10 (Set 3) 140x10 & 70x10

    Notes:
    - recovery is definitely improving as i'm not even sore today
    - finally broke through the 300lb t-bar barrier...BOOOYA
    - was absolutely sick yesterday

    Cambered Bar Curls 95x8 / 115x8 / 135x5 ( Weak again on this! Bull****!!!)

    Hammer Grip Pressowns sup/ Hammer Curls (Set 1) 175x10 & 50x8 (Set 2) 205x10 & 65x8
    (Set 3) 235x10 & 80x10 (Set 4) 260x6 (PR!!!!!) & 95x4 (PR!!!!)
    (After the first two exercises went bad, I thought this workout was going to be **** but low and behold my strength just cranked up and i killed it)

    One Arm DB Extensions sup/ High Double Biceps Cable Curls (Set 1) 30x10 & 30x10
    (Set 2) 40x10 & 40x10 (Set 3) 50x10 & 50x10 (Set 4) 25x15 & 60x10

    Notes:
    - started crappy but finished with a bang!!!
    - arms felt like they were going to explode
    - felt aggressive and angry after the first two exercises which really got me going
    - today was the first time the strength gains have been prominent
    - sleep continues to be rock solid

  20. Sorry for not updating just been a tad bit busy. Legs day this week got replaced with flag football on sunday which absolutely awesome to play again. I plan on getting legs done early this week so it doesn't mess with football.

    Week 2 Review:

    Strength: Definitely started to come on strong at the end of this week. Set a couple of PR's on arms day.

    Pump: My pumps have been absolutely amazing this week....My muscles feel rock solid while training.

    Stamina: Really starting to come on now and was very evident while playing football on sunday. I felt like i could take a big hit and still keep pushing through the line. Can't wait to see what happens this week in the gym.

    Libido: UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God i'm thankful my wife is feeling better! Time to make up for lost time....Giggity!

    Mood: I've been feeling great in the gym and i've just been feeling awesome as of late!
    I've been aggressive when i hit the weights or playing ball but i'm calm the rest of the time....meaning no bursts of anger. Just the way i like things!

    Sleep: Been pretty good so far.

    I'll be back in the gym to train tomorrow will update in the evening.

    Elevated V-Bar Cable Rows 200x10 / 220x8 / 240x6 (Really liked this for how they pulled at my lower lats)

    Cable Pullovers 105x10 / 120x10 / 135x10 / 150x20

    Notes:
    - holy crap did my strength ever come today! Warmups felt so damn light that i went for the 160's immediately
    - stamina felt amazing and i was recovering quickly after each set
