Hey everyone, my name is Jessie. I am have been a member here for quite sometime under a different username. I decided to create a new account and start with a great beginning on AM. I am trying out the Need2Slin from NeedToBuildMuscle during my PCT. AS we all know, fat gains are prone to happen while on PCT. The product will be put to the test.

I will run a log of my workouts, various meals and keeping you all updated with pics and thoughts.

My diet is controlled by Shelby Starnes and my training is controlled my John Meadows, aka Mountain Dog Training

I started with him about 2 years ago but then got side tracked due to college and focusing on school. I have now been back with him for 6 months. The amount of muscle we have put on my frame is astonishing.

Appetite: Has picked up while on Need2Slin. Cant wait for another 5 weeks until I bulk again​

I traveled back to the hometown to visit the family and take care of some business. The business I needed to take care of was speaking to "her" father about proposing. In conclusion, everything went well with the talk and tears were shedded. Other than that, I wanted to make sure I got a quick workout yesterday.

I was not able to train about the normal gym but was able to "borrow" the key to ANYTIME Fitness from my brother.

ANYTIME Fitness is a nice gym, very nice. Does it stand up par with Gold's Gym? Not hardly but it got the job done.

The product is phenomenal. My appetite has increased and I find myself tossing in extra food in every meal and also snacking between my seven meals. I am getting a lot leaner, vascular and can definelty tell the carbs are begin transported directly to the muscles and not having a chance to be stored as fat.

Abs

Abs are coming in nicely, weight is dropping very slowly but looking a lot leaner. Strength has not been affected. And vascularity is increasing...what more can I ask for.​

yeah the pumps are sick... i am stacking it with attack and asgt from lg and the workouts sometimes get so intense i have to stretch between sets lol

im sure you know what im talking about lol

I am pleased wiht the overal workout. However, my training will be changing a bit. I will be performing to major compound movements at the beginning of my workouts. I will never max out 100%. The heaviest I will go will be 3-5 rep maxx range. All over movements will be 3-4 sets or 6-15 reps.

Nothing like blood on the shins :head:

Stretching between workouts is a must for me. In order to get the most of the ability to grow is by stretching the muscle fascia and forcing as much volume in there as possible.

I am enjoying getting back into the heavier weights. I believe after a while you body become adapted to a certain training style then things need to be changed. I will ease myself in the training for a PL meet in December.

Ill be checking in as I am in a very similar situation to you. I did a bulk cycle a little while ago and now it is time to shed some weight.

I am 5'7 and when I finished I was 206 and before I run this need to slin I am down to 178 hoping to hit 165

Indy you must have gained a lot of fat on your bulk to drop that much weight.

I really didnt gain that much fat.
After my cycle my joints were really sore so I decided to stop lifting heavy for a while. Then I moved from house to house while I was still in Cali and when I got to the new house I didnt lift for almost a month, then I was settled for a couple months and some family stuff came up and I moved back to Saint Louis and with the seriousness of the situation I spent 2 weeks straight living in the ICU day and night so I didnt get to workout. So I ended up losing a lot of the muscle I had built up, but I am okay with that because at 206 I got tired really easily, even having sex I would get tired quick and I would be sweating like a pig 2 minutes in

Had a great workout. Went to the locker room and too how I was shaping up. My weight has not changed too much but I will weigh in tomorrow for my weekly weigh in. I am getting leaner and harder.

Just finished the Need2Slin and my ending weight right now is 179. I didnt loose an lb of muscle. I wish I woudl get a pick of my back (CRAZY) but the batteries are now dead
