If I were you, with your weight, I would suggest a higher Fat total than 60. I mean, especially if you want to keep your bf lower, you might want to higher your fats to 70-80, maybe even 90 grams of fat. Professionals recommend a macro ratio of 40% fat, 30% carbs, and 30% protein but I think that is ridiculous, but you may want to even out your fat a little more. Carbs promote storage, whether it be fat or muscle, so they are essential but fat can raise your resting basal metabolic rate (bml). However I am talking about good fat and good fat sources. Not trans, but unsaturated fats and even a little saturated. Saturated fat (in correct amounts) has been linked to higher libido and FFMs (fat free muscle gains). Matthew Mcconaughey, to prepare for his role in Magic Mike, reportedly had a macro ratio very close to 50% fat, 20% carbs, 30% protein. But that is Matthew Mcconaughey.
