    stuff is not going my way today guys
    im pretty sure i pulled my groin, ive never had this but man it hurts

    i was doing abs and legs today and afterwards i decided to do a couple of sprints as "cool down" well at about the middle of my second sprint it started to hurt my groin and let me tell you guys it freaking hurts
    ive had neck injuries, knee, and back injuries this by far hurts way more i can barely walk
    it is either that or a hernia idk it feels like a pulled groin though

    Day 2

    Workout
    alirght guys so i did ab ripper x, i am a fan of it, its from p90x and man its only 16 mins but man it is a hella of a workout i mean it will jack you up i also did legs and a bit of olympic lifting since i am an ahlete and have to focus on my speed agily strength etc. but had a good owkrout except for the cool down part as i posted earlier i was doing 20 yd sprints on i touch the line and go back 20 yds will i think i might have but on too much preassure as i fired off when i was bending over to touch the line and then i just felt a sharp pain and i started limping then i rested hoping it would go away but it didnt it only got worst.

    so rochabp hows all that food going, its been hard for me to get 120 - 140 carbs in lately, the day I got close this week I over shot it by like 60

    i usually get about 200+ carbs
    but i havent been home, and when my girl dont have the same kinda food i have, so its hard to accumulate 180 clean carbs when unprepared you know

    Day 3

    Workout
    Groin was way better, i was able to workout with no limp which was awesome. today i hit hard biceps and back but mainly biceps, im a whore when it comes to working out biceps. i focused on that an man hemavol can give some pumps also i do feel a slight aggression increase appetite is increasing too nothing major though just kinda like a soft transition. not much muscle hardness yet, confidence is up a lil too.

    Day 5

    Thoughts/effects
    okay so today is my off day, so im gonna reflect on what i have been noticing so far. Aggression is up i feel super confident and aggressive like a manly man you know, i feel like i can beat anyone's a$$. Not much muscle hardness. although i gotta say i think my balls look bigger and "loads" are bigger too. Libido is meh about the same but i can still get going. Acne is at about par nothing crazy few pimples here and there and skin is a bit oily but not much, it doesnt bother me at all. Recovery is pretty sweet its kinda amazing my recovery is way up. Appetite is up as well, but not too crazy. But the main notables would have to be the leaning out part and the recovery, im leaning out pretty good and trust me guys im not that type of guy in fact i have a tendency to put on weight more than loose it.

    Day 6

    Thoughts
    Libido is raging right now im super horny! no acne, appetite is pretty good and increasing. today is another off day so im just gonna take it easy and relax. i did cheat in my breakfast today had some tacos, cant help it guys its in my blood, i like eating tacos every once in a while to remind myself of home. But enough of the dr.phil session. i still feel and look very lean very dry knees are kinda hurting too, but not much they just feel dry. and ill leave you guys with an awesome libido Check cause im in the mood.

    Day 12

    first off all guys im sorry for not updating as often and im not trying to make excusses but man my computer was out because it hada fat virus. They told me it was a trojan virus and it screwed up my computer and did not allow me to do anything i coulnt even play music on my computer and much less use the internet. it sucked big ones my computer was literally worthless. BUT IM BACK SO NOW ITS ON!!!
    So enopugh of that lets talk Recycle, First off all Libido is great and its seems to me that im hanging lower than normal, the boys are really hanging appetite is pretty good, ive had some strength increase nothing crazy, also recovery is freaking great ive have never recovered like this before its awesome. Acne is slightly up but only on certain days, IDK why. It seems to me that the AI formula is freaking great, im drying out and leaning out and dewfinition is up however with that joints, mainly on the knees, have been aching and hurting so ive added some glucosamine to help me out with the pain and upped the fish oils. so anyways guys i apologies again for not updating you guys.

    Day 13

    Today was my off day so not much to report except some pimples i could literally feel them growing kinda weird but hey, appetite was awesome today i could not stop munching. Knees are still a lil dry but not as dry as they were yesterday so i upped my fish oils. Also one thing that has become more apparent is my desire for sleep and deep sleep, my sleeping is awesome IDK if this is due in part to Recycle or maybe it just coincidence but my sleeping has been awesome i can sleep for days and dreams, and i wake fully rested and relaxed even right now im drowsy and feel like i could go to sleep right now, and actually i might. Muscle fullness is getting there i feel a little fuller. Also i still look very lean. Aggression is up and i feel like a honk of man i feel freaking invincible, i feel like im top dog maybe its kicking in or maybe its in my head but either way im enjoying it.
