  4. Day 1


    Workout

    not much of a workout today. i felt like sht1 today honestly my whole body was aching from stuff ive been doing. and today i just felt horrible

    Diet

    breakfast
    had a big piece of steak
    yogurt
    1 apple

    no its gain 300 lbs of muscle in 7 days but youll loose most of it in PCT for cell tech

When I worked at GNC I remember that Hydroxy cut had a $6 commission and the container of Nano Vapor had either $5 or $6 commission.   16. stuff is not going my way today guys
    im pretty sure i pulled my groin, ive never had this but man it hurts

    i was doing abs and legs today and afterwards i decided to do a couple of sprints as "cool down" well at about the middle of my second sprint it started to hurt my groin and let me tell you guys it freaking hurts
    ive had neck injuries, knee, and back injuries this by far hurts way more i can barely walk
    it is either that or a hernia idk it feels like a pulled groin though

  17. Day 2

    Workout
    alirght guys so i did ab ripper x, i am a fan of it, its from p90x and man its only 16 mins but man it is a hella of a workout i mean it will jack you up i also did legs and a bit of olympic lifting since i am an ahlete and have to focus on my speed agily strength etc. but had a good owkrout except for the cool down part as i posted earlier i was doing 20 yd sprints on i touch the line and go back 20 yds will i think i might have but on too much preassure as i fired off when i was bending over to touch the line and then i just felt a sharp pain and i started limping then i rested hoping it would go away but it didnt it only got worst.

    3 eggs
    2 spoons of cottage cheese

    roast beef sandwich
    1 bag of carrots

    but i havent been home, and when my girl dont have the same kinda food i have, so its hard to accumulate 180 clean carbs when unprepared you know

    Workout
    Groin was way better, i was able to workout with no limp which was awesome. today i hit hard biceps and back but mainly biceps, im a whore when it comes to working out biceps. i focused on that an man hemavol can give some pumps also i do feel a slight aggression increase appetite is increasing too nothing major though just kinda like a soft transition. not much muscle hardness yet, confidence is up a lil too.

  28. Day 5

    Thoughts/effects
    okay so today is my off day, so im gonna reflect on what i have been noticing so far. Aggression is up i feel super confident and aggressive like a manly man you know, i feel like i can beat anyone's a$$. Not much muscle hardness. although i gotta say i think my balls look bigger and "loads" are bigger too. Libido is meh about the same but i can still get going. Acne is at about par nothing crazy few pimples here and there and skin is a bit oily but not much, it doesnt bother me at all. Recovery is pretty sweet its kinda amazing my recovery is way up. Appetite is up as well, but not too crazy. But the main notables would have to be the leaning out part and the recovery, im leaning out pretty good and trust me guys im not that type of guy in fact i have a tendency to put on weight more than loose it.

  29. Day 6

    Thoughts
    Libido is raging right now im super horny! no acne, appetite is pretty good and increasing. today is another off day so im just gonna take it easy and relax. i did cheat in my breakfast today had some tacos, cant help it guys its in my blood, i like eating tacos every once in a while to remind myself of home. But enough of the dr.phil session. i still feel and look very lean very dry knees are kinda hurting too, but not much they just feel dry. and ill leave you guys with an awesome libido Check cause im in the mood.
