I'll be using this 4x a week, maybe 3x, as to avoid killing myself with stims since I am not one of the demigod stim brahs like Meaty and Heavydeads.

I'll be posting each and every workout with notes on the effects of MM.

Initial Thoughts:

Taste: 8.5/10
This was very drinkable mixed in 8oz iced water, it was slightly sweet and sour at first, mainly in part to not mixing in the 12-16 oz suggested. I tend to like my pre-wo drinks strong. The flavor is distinct, I get the grape flavor in the middle, but I get a coconut flavor at the end, I like it. This isn't the best pre-wo I've tasted, but I've had much worse and I have a feeling I'll enjoy this flavor throughout the tub.

Mixability: 9/10
Considering the amount of extras in MM, this mixed very well. Swirled and shook in my regular shaker bottle (no mixer ball), only very minor sediment was left at the bottom. I've had BCAA/pre-wo drinks that would take a long time to go in to solution, not the case with MM.

Energy/Focus: 9/10
Unsure how to rate this, since there is 380mg of stims, so hard to compare to the usual suspects. That being said, I took less than a full scoop for my first try, and wow. The energy kicked in within 15mins and lasted the entire hour+ of lifting. The focus was not the most focused I've been, but I was zoned in on setting PR's and that's exactly what I did. I didn't have much jitters besides the initial ones at 15mins, and 2.5hrs later and I've yet to crash and still have energy. It's not the cleanest energy, but what can you expect from 380mg stims, other than to do work!

Pump: 7.5/10
As this is the initial thoughts, I'm waiting to see what it does for pump, but today is was just ok, which can be blamed on other things. I didn't get much of an arm/chest pump at all from the bench n dips. I did however get a solid leg pump from the squats.

Other Notes:
10mins after taking it, I got a full body high, just as meaty told me ''give it a minute and you'll be like: damb!!!!". Which was exactly what I was like, lol. It only lasted a few minutes, but man it was trippy. Similar to PEA.

Had to take it easy on squats and tire flips so as to not re-injure my back. Pretty epic PR on bench considering my old max was only 235 paused. First 3 reps were super smooth and clean, last rep was hard to lock out, need to keep working my lockout. Would have gone for 5, but had no spotter and hand-off at first. Also PR'd on dips since last time I did +40x3x6. Pump was ok, not great. Energy was there for sure, not too jittery and wiry, but definitely wired to set PR's.

PR's again on both my pressing exercises, last week's military was 135x2x5 & 145x5. Last week's floor press was 195x3x5, added 30lbs this week for the same sets n reps, sweet. Again took it easy on deadlifts and leg exercises due to my back still recovering, modified stance also helps protect my back compared to conventional.

Got the same body high about 10minutes after taking it, not as much at the first time but lasted longer. Felt a little more jittery today and had a slightly upset stomach today than last time I took it. Believe this was because I had less in my stomach than last time, next time I'll take my MM with some carbs and should eliminate this. The pump was lacking today, although I have been feeling fuller (MCC), but ya not much of a pump and hydration and diet have been good. I was sweating and breathing like a beast, high of 99* today though...

Another great PR-filled workout on MM all n all, still looking for teh pump. Thursday will be more of a volume workout, so see if I find it then.

Finally got a good pump going with all the volume, started as a solid leg pump, then got a solid yoke and arm pump going with the upper accessory work. So far MM is OK in the pump department.

Energy like always was insane, rob and I both took MM today and had plenty of energy after we left the gym to go back and lift, lol. PR on the neutral DB press, last time I did them were pre-summer 85x8 at a heavier weight.

Vidded the tire flips, but can't see my form much so not gonna upload, they were fast and easy. Back is still healing but feeling a lot better, the flips didn't bother it at all.

Had a decent chest and leg pump going this time, I'm thinking the inclusion of carbs taken with my MM helped there (on top of pre-wo meal). Took the MM with 1/4cup raisins 30mins prior to lifting, missed the high this time but no upset stomach or jitters. Wanted to hit 235 for a triple, but I was sore from friday's workout and still managed a PR, oh well, next week. I don't really notice how focused I am till I stop lifting and find myself intensely staring down an inanimate object for no reason, lol.

Had an awesome pump and fullness this workout compared to past workouts with MM. Deadlift is so weak it hurts, I really killed my back, oh well gonna keep coming up.

Energy was there like always, I was listening to some techno pre-wo and was hella zoned in on the music. This whole workout I felt like destroyin it, and my sore pecs and quads are sure feeling it now.

Crazy energy as always and PR's on my bench press. My old max was 235 a long time ago, and 245 today was super easy. I'm sure the militaries took something out of me before benching. The tire flips were also a PR for the amount of reps I did. If my lockout was as strong as I am off the chest, I'd see hitting 265 at least. Gonna keep hammering it.

I feel like I came down pretty heavy today, not a crash, I still had energy. Just felt like I had hundreds of pounds on my body, really weird feeling. But this is the first time I've dosed a full scoop.

Good workout, haven't worked up that heavy on the split squats and will keep going heavy as my stabilizers adapt to the weight, got a solid leg pump from them. Pressing movements are still progressing well each workout. Last session w/ dips was +40x3x12, so added 2 reps to each set. Taking a break off the deads and hammering my posterior chain with other exercises, really working on getting a full stretch, then explosive eccentric movement.

MM is becoming a little harder to drink, I just gulp it down, still not entirely unpleasant. Iced in 12oz isn't that bad at all, I've had worst, but I've also had a lot better. Energy is there as always, I'm still focused nearly 3hrs after taking it.

Felt kinda stagnant on bench today, so did some triples with 225, not a rep PR, but considering I'd never done 225 for 3 sets of 3, it might be. My lockout is so weak, and I lose my right wrist on the last rep of each set, it buckles back and I lose all power in my right arm, need to strengthen my wrists. Never gone that heavy on hack squats before, so consider it a PR, I can't remember if the last was 365 or 385, but I could have gone heavier. Kept it light for fear of reinjuring my back.

Got the MM high again today, looked in the mirror and my pupils were saucers, lol.

Really distracted workout, was lifting with a friend hadn't seen in a while, kept messing around instead of lifting. That said, the last hack squats I did was definitely 365x5, bc 395x4 today was pretty heavy. Dips PR again, last dip sessions PR was +40x3x14.

I've been consistently PRing with the help of MM pretty much every single session. That said, it's getting tough to swallow, literally. The only way I get it down is icing it and chugging. It was drinkable and even mildly enjoyable when I first tried it, not it's getting pretty hard...

255 was super easy and clean press, no struggle to lockout whatsoever. Rushed my 265 attempt and didn't want to retry, so did some paused rep work. The hack squats were done fast and explosive.

You really need to take MM with some food in your stomach. And then afterward, eat a large meal in order to prevent nausea and dizziness. Another PR set, crazy pumped up energy.

Just getting my strength back on deadlifts, felt good but weak, also experimented with sumo again, but conventional felt stronger. Standing military is weaksauce, I need to find a bench for the gym.

Back down to 3/4 scoop since a full scoop was making me nauseous and out of it post-wo. Even after taking a scoop for a few weeks, 3/4 scoop still gave me great energy. I also had a good shoulder pump warming up, but it seemed to disappear... I will be doing MM only 2x a week on my heavier days, stim free my other two lifting days, and then 1 scoop Focus XT on my two AM cardio days.

It was 100 degrees today and I felt like ****. I've had restless sleep the past 3 nights and got lazy and didn't eat yesterday. Everything felt weak, hit a bunch of singles with 245 on bench, then finally squatted heavier than 225 for the first time in a few weeks. Back was fine since I was using a wider stance with hi-bar position.

I'm getting lazy and demotivated, need to get back into my groove.

Still feeling 3/4 strong, had the wired energy feeling, but no longer get that "body high". My thoughts so far:

Taste: 6/10
Drinkable and almost enjoyable at first, then gets harder and harder to down, requiring more water and ice to dilute the flavor.

Energy/Focus: 10/10
Insane energy and great focus, what more can I say here, look at dem dere stims. For hours I find myself zoned in.

Pump: 8/10
Mediocre pump, it's good on some days then non-existent on others. But with the amount of stims in MM, what can you expect. Stim free M5, regular M5, solo Agmatine (500mg), and NO Shotgun all beat it in the pump category.

Great focus today, noticed more than usual even with 3/4 scoop. Pump was great as well, but I'd give some of the credit to the 1g of SNS Agmatine I took this morning.

Legs were still sore today, but managed to match last week's reps with 20lbs more, feels good man. Definitely had great energy and focus today, just the drive to power through those reps. Taking 500mg SNS Agmatine with my MM is a bad idea, my back was way too pumped after those sets. But everything else felt super full and pumped.

Was expecting 6-7 reps with 215 considering I've done 225 for the same reps. I just couldn't lock out anymore reps had I gone for them. Did the foam press, similar to board press, compresses down to a 1-2 board I'd think. I haven't been doing dips the past few weeks, coincidentally my bench hasn't advanced...

Energy was there today, but focus wasn't, guess my head wasn't in the game today. Since I've been drinking MM less often, it's become a lot easier to drink.

Swamp**** challenge defeated, NomZ wins. Haven't done deficit pulls in a year, lulz. 2.5'' is more than I expected, it's a rather large deficit, so I failed my 15 rep goal, but won anyways. Back too pumped to much accessory work, right lateral hammy tendon still bothering me, so did back extensions with an emphasis on my hammies. That is with feet plantarflexed and pulling my weight through glutes and hammies, which got them burning by the 20th rep fo sho.

Alright no more benching, I'm going back to dips only and tricep work. My right pec is back on that ****gy time, flaring up again. Plus after only doing dips all summer, my bench was the highest it's ever been. Today's dips were weak compared to what I used to do, and coincidentally so is my bench currently.

No squats saturday, got a 5k mud mash sunday morning, another run tomorrow.

Had a nice upper body pump going, not sure why I never noticed much of a pump at the beginning of this tub.

Dips feel so good man, no moar benching for a while. Figured out a way to strap plates to the 40lb vest, so will keep doing ramping sets for reps on dips till I plateau.

Nasty upper body pump today, plus great vascularity, mainly due to the heat though. Energy is very good with 3/4 scoop, even after taking it for so long, I'm near the end of my tub.

BTN push presses feel good man, should have used the whippie bar with no center knurling, took some skin off the back of my neck on 185 with the power bar.

Nasty yoke and arm pump today, not an overly cramping pump was about as pumped as I can get. Energy great as always, need to eat now in order to feel nauseous the rest of the day.

Again, awesome pump in the arms and yoke. Energy was great, focus was good, and I even got the MM "high" 15mins after taking it; it's been a while since I've taken my MM.

Felt super wired off 3/4 scoop since it's been so long. Got the body high, back pump was absolutely brutal due to my rep outs.

Also did some light squatting 3x7 for form work. Bench has gone no where, but I'm not surprised, haven't been benching at all.

Nothing new energy wise, it's still crazy and pretty effective on 3/4 scoop.
