    Okay here we go had a solid pct and i am up and running so its time to get down and dirty for my winter bulk.

    This is my stack- ams hooked it up with a free box of their new rd 1Andro sterone which converts to 1-testosterone

    1 andro sterone- 300/300/300/300/0/0/0/0
    m14add- 90/120/120/150(depending on how i react)/0/0/0/0


    Pct will include both nolvadex AND clomid(human rx grade)

    Nolva-20/10/10/10 ( I will have this due to the wetness of m14 and 1-test)

    Support supps on hand of milkthistle, saw palmetto coq10 and hawthorn berry

    Caloric intake- 3.8k the first week bumped up to 4k the second week and when i stop gaining will go up another 300 and so on and so on


    Monday- legs
    sunday- arms

    I cant freakin wait to pop those rd tommorrow!

  2. I dosed up on 60 mgs m14 and 200 mgs andro rd

    the andro rd taste good- like chocolate mints lol

    Im going to order another box tommorrow to make sure i have enough for the cycle

    working back out today will update later

    i think i get my recompadrol too looking for massive nutrient partitioning here!

    Okay great back workout- obviously no noticible stength gains yet but had increased vascularity and good pumps. although i did set a pr on deadlift at 275x 8 then 275x7 for 2 more sets

    Well mood is great i think its from the 1ad honestly

    day one summery- better pumps more vacularity and muscle fullness!

    Tommorrow is a rest day- but im throwing 25 mins cardio in at 6 mph just to stay lean im eating alot and i am not an ecto lol

  7. day 2 off day did 20 mins cardio

    only thing to note so far is an increased alpha male feeling- very noticeable so far so good!
