Cardio - at least 4 times a week.. Treadmill at 15% at 4.0 for 20-25 mins then run at 7.0 for last 1-2 mins. other days will be 1/4 mile sprints & running
Time to log again! First off much thanks to the guys at AMS for letting try out there new 1-AD FM! I'm going to stretch this for about 6-7 weeks depending on the dosing and how i feel. Ill be starting at 300mg and go from there, reps can chime in at anytime and its welcomed
