~1-Androsterone RD Day # 9~
So~ yesterday I changed my diet plan up a little.. I decided to lower my my carb intake.. I was a little skeptical about doing this after Mondays lift increase, but i thought; if the 1-AD is doing its thing who the F#CK needs carbs

hahaha.. I took in about 55gms of carbs.. only from my brown rice and protein shakes.. I felt good all day

I walked into the gym and I started to yawn!.. I was like man; don't do this to me

so i looked at last weeks number and said I have to try and bump it up only if its 5lbs and a few more reps. The Alternating DB presses started getting to me..these really hit me hard which is why i prefer these over your standard DB press.. I was able to puss through everything after that exercise I was good

felt great, felt strong... I'm going to say my BF has decreased a little due to the fact I'm seeing this spider vein my clearly now in my right shoulder when doing certain lifts. and I just like the way it looks so its my motivator

.. 1-AD, is treating me good.. I'm curious tonight when I do legs.. Squats might stay the same due to the fact I'm scared about blowing my back out again; hence the lower numbers last week. But if your going ATG, I don't care what the weight is, your hitting the muscle fibers good and hard. But if i feel good I'm going to add to it.. nows not the time to act like a girl, but trying to be smart at the same time.... so heres the report from last night
