  1. LG I have been around, but not posting as much. I am still killing the weights and getting close to my 10% goal. Reading your log has me want to dig in my stash and start tearing **** up. I am still fairly strong, but want to be strong like bull!

    I was 11.5% at a check at the end of july and I have dropped 3+ mole lbs since. My next cycle will be a test e/d-bol cycle running test for 15 weeks. I have almost everything in place for a oct/nov start. Will run d-bol the first 4-5 weeks and maybe something at the end depending on my progress.

    F&%# ME, i hate legs! I pushed to hard tonight to the point half way through my back work out i wanted to puke! I bumped a few weights up, and on some lifts increased the reps..strentgh gains are here now and are very apparent, recovery in between sets tonight was great. I was really impressed on the weight and the reps I bumped up on most lifts more apparent on legs then anything! I was walking like a flat footed duck, so I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow hahahaha

    I enjoy them, for the last routine sometimes it can get painfull. I just feel they target the tris allot better in the end.. whats the decline french curl? is that using a bar for skull crushers on decline?

    Yes, they have the pills, then came out with the liquids ..now they have the rapid dissolve tabs.. superior absorption!

    Completed my AB circuit, and cardio at the end.. tonight did 20 mins at 15% at 4.0. I also started running running now, its getting about high 80s at night which is perfect to run IMO.. so after the walking cardio I'm doing a 2-3 miles run outside..

    so 13 was yesterday and 14 being today, I'm trying to post up catch up days for being away the last few. So far the 1-AD has been treating me great.. no issues to date, I did try dosing two at the same time on Friday, work out # 12, and i wont say it was to intense, but the it did slightly burn just a tad, nothing that i couldn't handle, but just making the note.. I'm playing with the idea of ramping to 500mg now for the remainder of the run..... Overall muscle tone is starting to be more apparent now, I'm having more muscle hardness in my arms more then anything right now.. overall the product is kicking ass.. some numbers I would to increase, but I'm not sacrificing form and how i do things just to put some BS numbers up.. some lifts have really gone up in a two week time period which IMO is very incredable... this week and next should be great!!

    the diff is pushing the bar horizontally to the ground from the top of the head. If you have a spotter you try to push the bar into their upper shins. From the decline position it just feels fantastic, and really hits that inner head.

    Just did a youtube..I do those already on the flat bench.. funny thing is i never heard them called french curls I just always called them skull cruchers, which they are. So you do them on a decline bench huh? I may have to switch up doing the DB skull crushers on decline and move those to the flat bench and use the bar on the decline.. I'll give it a try
