    So~ yesterday I changed my diet plan up a little.. I decided to lower my my carb intake.. I was a little skeptical about doing this after Mondays lift increase, but i thought; if the 1-AD is doing its thing who the F#CK needs carbs hahaha.. I took in about 55gms of carbs.. only from my brown rice and protein shakes.. I felt good all day I walked into the gym and I started to yawn!.. I was like man; don't do this to me so i looked at last weeks number and said I have to try and bump it up only if its 5lbs and a few more reps. The Alternating DB presses started getting to me..these really hit me hard which is why i prefer these over your standard DB press.. I was able to puss through everything after that exercise I was good felt great, felt strong... I'm going to say my BF has decreased a little due to the fact I'm seeing this spider vein my clearly now in my right shoulder when doing certain lifts. and I just like the way it looks so its my motivator.. 1-AD, is treating me good.. I'm curious tonight when I do legs.. Squats might stay the same due to the fact I'm scared about blowing my back out again; hence the lower numbers last week. But if your going ATG, I don't care what the weight is, your hitting the muscle fibers good and hard. But if i feel good I'm going to add to it.. nows not the time to act like a girl, but trying to be smart at the same time.... so heres the report from last night

  11. LG I have been around, but not posting as much. I am still killing the weights and getting close to my 10% goal. Reading your log has me want to dig in my stash and start tearing **** up. I am still fairly strong, but want to be strong like bull!

    I was 11.5% at a check at the end of july and I have dropped 3+ mole lbs since. My next cycle will be a test e/d-bol cycle running test for 15 weeks. I have almost everything in place for a oct/nov start. Will run d-bol the first 4-5 weeks and maybe something at the end depending on my progress.

    F&%# ME, i hate legs! I pushed to hard tonight to the point half way through my back work out i wanted to puke! I bumped a few weights up, and on some lifts increased the reps..strentgh gains are here now and are very apparent, recovery in between sets tonight was great. I was really impressed on the weight and the reps I bumped up on most lifts more apparent on legs then anything! I was walking like a flat footed duck, so I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow hahahaha

    I enjoy them, for the last routine sometimes it can get painfull. I just feel they target the tris allot better in the end.. whats the decline french curl? is that using a bar for skull crushers on decline?

    Yes, they have the pills, then came out with the liquids ..now they have the rapid dissolve tabs.. superior absorption!
