    ~1-Androsterone RD Day # 1~

    Kick off night/morning!! Alright, so tonight was a good work out i felt, i changed up my routine to the following below and really feel like it hits me harder and will give me the results i want., I have to hit 8 if not I must hit atleast 6 reps! I feel i have a good base line for the weights tonight. Every week the colors will change so its easier to follow and track the progress so were not looking back page by page

    1-AD Comments
    It Was taking about 12-15 mins to 100% dissolve which isn't bad. at first, ( First Dose) it tasted like it had a hint of coconut flavor, I was like damn this is nice then it went to a mint, not a over powering mint but a nice smooth taste. As it started breaking down there was some tartness strange to describe, but thats the best way i can put it. So, from now I'll dose in the AM, mid afternoon, and late evening as i do the 1/1/1 split. I'll change up the dosing and assess next week what works good, maybe try to add the last dose in around work out time, but i don't wanna over load on everything going into the gym either. so basically i enjoyed them today!

    Routine:

    DB Flat bench
    60x10 (warm up)
    85x8
    90x8
    95x8

    Decline bench
    135 x 13
    185 x 8
    185 x 8
    205 x 8

    DB Flys
    45 x 8
    50 x 8
    50 x 8

    Standing hammers:

    Reverse curls using EC Bar:
    50 x 10
    75 x 8
    75 x 8
    85 x 8

    Crucifix curls:
    50 x 8
    60 x 8
    60 x 8
    70 x 6


    AB Circuit
    1. Cable Rope Crunches x 15 @190
    2. Jack knifes x 15
    3. decline sit-ups x 15
    4. oblique side bends x 15 per side

    I do 3 sets, only rest is walking to next station (about 5 secs). finish with #4 start back at #1, at the 3rd set, i wanna puke and i roll off of the decline bench!


    Cardio:

    Treadmill @ 15% incline at 4.0 for 17 mins, then ran for 1:30 at 5.7, followed by 2 min cool down at 0% incline..


    Mood - Good
    Strength - Felt good tonight! felt like i left it all on the table
    Weight - N/A
    Endurance - started dying last min on cardio, its late though
    Aggression - Normal!
    Libido -normal
    Concerns/Sides - N/A




    Supplements Dosed:

    1-AD - 1/1/1 split
    I-GH-1 - 4 pre bed tonight
    Anadraulic State - 2 scoop 45 min pre work out
    Bc+Eaa's - 11g Intra work out
    GHenerate - 6 sprays walking into gym

  15. ~1-Androsterone RD Day # 2~

    Late last nights work out I was working on about 3-4 hours of sleep, ofcourse everything came up yesterday which cause it..lol.. so i switched up my DB shoulder press to Alternating DB shoulder press and wooooooooooooooo! its allot different holding the one DB above your head stabilizing it while pressing the other.. good stuff. certain moves really make my shoulders and traps stand out more then other muscle groups of my body. last night i was really impresses on how everything traps and should were cutting in, i can only hope/imagine how they look in a few weeks time. besides that nothing to report yet, I'm thinking maybe around day 5-6 i should start to really kick this body into overdrive!

  20. Curious how this treats you compared to AndroHard that I am taking. You notice any increase in mood or focus after dosing? I get that every time after I take AH.

    right now, not really.. how is the AH? now next week I'll bump up to 400mg.

    Ahhh, I did legs and back last night.. which i hate freaking legs, certain lifts im limited due to my old back injury (L4,L5,S1)...back in the days of kicking Iraqs ass lol
