BENDING BARS WITH BODY MORTAR – DAY 1
First things first, If you see anything wrong with my log at all or want some more info say something! All criticism or suggestions are welcomed. Anyway, lets Rock N Roll!
Recommended dosing: Label states 1 Serving pre-workout, and 1 serving during workout. I’m going to follow this regimen which should last me approximately 14 days.
Initial Impression:
Taste: Phenomenal(A+)
Energy: Pumped up like a kid on game day.
Mixability: 9 – Best way I have found to mix it is, shake it in a shaker bottle wait a few minutes, shake it a few more times then enjoy.
Weight: 181Lbs
Cardio:
6AM: 30 min treadmill walk at 3.0mph max incline
7PM: 30 min stairclimber
Weights:
Morning: Forearms, Calfs & Abs
Evening: Back
Diet: 50/30/20 Ratio – Protein/Carbs/Fats – 3800 KCals Goal
Total KCals: 3869
Fat: 90.75g
Carbs: 333.50g
Protein: 456.00g
Goal: Currently at 181Lbs, looking to gain 6-8Lbs by the end of the log(2 week log).

BENDING BARS WITH BODY MORTAR – DAY 2
Like BigBeazy stated in his log, the taste of this stuff is just ridiculous(good thing)! I’m not even a fan of lemonade and was kind of disappointed when I saw it was that flavor, but I could literally drink this stuff ALL day long with every meal.
Weight: 179Lbs – Lost 2 pounds, I wasn’t able to get a full gallon of water in today and I’m sure thats why I lost a couple pounds.
Cardio:
6AM: Skipped morning cardio today.
7PM: 30 min stairclimber
Weights:
Morning: Skipped morning weight training.
Evening: Legs – Probably the best leg workout I have had in the past 6 months to a year. Credits to Body Mortar? Possibly, I don’t know yet though, it’s to early to tell. Let’s wait for a few more days to see how well things keep going.
Diet: 50/30/20 Ratio – Protein/Carbs/Fats – 3800 KCals Goal

Protein: 476.36g
