Thanks to the people at LG Sciences for selecting me to log their products. What we have here is the Natabolic Stack along with their GHenerate. This will be a 10 weeks gig and here is how I have it outlined.

The LG Plan​

Natadrol: 3 Bottles; 6 weeks total

Week 1: 4 caps Natadrol (2x2)
Week 2: 6 caps Natadrol (3x3)
Week 3-5: 8 caps Natadrol (4x4)
Week 6: 10caps Natadrol (5x5)

I decided to do this because I want to see what I can get out of the Natadrol at each serving, to see if there is a point where the extra caps seem to be a waste. This should help other people decide on how to run their cycles in the future while still getting the best possible gains for myself.

GHenerate: 1 bottle, 2 servings/day until empty

I will start this when I start the Natadrol and run this bad boy until I am out

Formadrol: 1 bottle, all will be taken before bed

Week 7: 4 caps
Week 8: 3 caps
Week 9: 2 caps
Week 10: 1 cap

WILD CARD!

T-911: 2 tabs/day, 1 early morning and 1 pre-workout
Week 7-????

On off days I will probably just take one in the morning and that is it. I'll run this until I am out. I want to send a special thanks to Irish Cannon for hooking a brother up :thumbsup:

Diet/Training​

Diet​

My diet for the first week will be a pre-contest like diet. I am hitting the end of my cut here so Natadrol should work great to really help amplify my 10 weeks of hard work.

From week 2 on I'll be trying to put on some serious LBM, thats the diet I will post and you guys should be most focused on. Natadrol looks to be best used for adding LBM and staying lean or, hopefully, getting LEANER!

Meal #1: (57/45/15)
3 Ego Waffles
6 Egg Whites
1 scoop Whey Isolate

Meal #2: (60/60/0)
8oz Chicken
¼ cup Rice
1 cup Fruit (apple, peach, nectarine)

Meal #3: (58/57/28)
8 oz Steak or 94/6 Ground Beef
1 cup Pasta with ½ cup sauce

Meal #4: (39/48/30)
8oz Ground Turkey
8oz Sweet Potato

Meal #5: (73/59/2)
8 oz Chicken
½ cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
¼ cup Rice
Salad

Meal #6: (53/46/18)
8 oz Steak
8oz Sweet potato

Meal #7: (14/46/18)
2tbs Peanut Butter
1tbs Jelly
2 pieces Whole Wheat bread

Meal #8: (65/33/8)
60gr Shake
1 Banana
1tbs Peanut Butter

After the run with Natadrol is over, I'll asses my progress and make diet adjustments from there. The measures of rice and meat are dry/before cooking

We're adding size, and lots of it! With the higher amount of carbs (for me :D) I'll be trying to utilize the FST-7 principles here to help bring up some weaker areas I have.

I'll be doing cardio 4-5 days a week. It will be fasted and about 20-30min of walking on the tredmill on setting of 3.3 speed and 10incline.

Other Supplements

I will be taking other supplements, but nothing other than some basics.

Creatine Mono: 5gr, 4x's/day; morning/pre wo/post wo/ before bed

Glutamine: 5gr, 4x's/day; morning/pre wo/post wo/ before bed

BCAA's: 5gr, 4x's/day; morning/pre wo/post wo/ before bed

Beta-Alanine: 2.5gr, 3x's/day; morning/pre wo/ post wo

LG Sciences Perfect Carb: 1 scoop post wo (with above mentioned supps)

I will also probably be taking Bromalin and NOW Foods Digestive enzymes.

6 should do just fine for you.

YOu should do well on the prescribed dose. These guys are over 200 lbs so stepping up will benefit them at 153 Lbs I can't see much of a need to go over 6 caps. YOu should reach same saturation levels at 6 a day as them on 8 being 50+ lbs lighter than they are.

Wow, I got some crazy news. I went golfing this morning and came back to see the dog had gotten into my supplements. Im at my dads house for a few days. The dig ate a good 50caps of fish oil, meanwhile my GHenerate cap was off and a bottle of natadrol had been chewed open.

So, I imagine that these 2 supps may run out a bit early. My dad says he gets into things all the time and that its my fault, I should have closed the door to my room. How the hell is it even possible for a dog to chew/twist the top of off a bottle?!?!?!?! WTF!

:lmao: sorry but I just imagined your dog drinking GHenerate and then sleeping for two fukking days straight. See if your dog can run faster and jump higher. Feed him a lot of protein so that natadrol goes into good use. His body must be going through some insane sh!t!

Fella's! So sorry there has been no updates this week. I haven't had Internet at my house yet! It was supposed to be set up on 8/16 but it was a no go. We're good to go now though.

I have taken pic's, measurements, and logged my workouts so rest assure. I am not in town right now, helping a good buddy of mine move and hang out at his place for the weekend. Diet will still be at least 80% down here, should see if the Natadrol shines ehh?

When monday rolls around I'll be able to give my 1st week review and upload everything else.

One huge thing I have notices thus far is INCREASED URINATION! I'm beeing almost on the hour, other then that there are some numbers in the weight room you guys would be interested in, but workouts have been great.

No real increase in libido or anything else.

Natabolic stack review: Week 1

-1st week and not a whole lot to comment on here. I was going to the bathroom A LOT, seems to have subsided a little but man o man, it was like almost every hour I had to urinate. Sleep has been good and I have been feeling great from 7hr of sleep and usually I can only do that for a day or two but have been doing it for about the entire week.

Alpha feeling / Confidence
-Wouldn't say this is real big, I feel good not doubt there.

Strength
-Up slightly from last week, nice since I was dieting hardcore for the first week of the stack

Recovery
-Pretty solid, not really sore after yesterdays chest/tri's workout while my workout partners are toast!

Aggression
-Nothing too bad, had a lot of crappy things happen this week too with money and school

Appetite
-No significant change

Libido
-Slightly up, got to put it to use on the trip ;)

Sleep Quality
-Awesome! Been getting a solid 7-9 hours and feeling good all day.

Pump
-Havne't noticed a big increase yet.

Energy levels
-Feel solid throughout the day, no mid-day slow down.

Endurance
-Well I ran a mile in 7:30 yesterday, best ive done since high school. Also thr first time i've tried lol

Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes
-Waist is the same but I didn't weigh myself after the 1st week. Vacularity is more pronounced than the week before.
