Nice work, DW! - I certainly know how good it feels to go heavy on legs after a long hiatus.

Nice job on the legs. That's impressive that you haven't went above 225 for 8 months, but retained strength to rep out 315 on 1st try.

    Day 24

I had a STUPID good workout 2nite. i like training later at night, less people and I just feel stronger.

    I split up bi's n tri's. Trained bi's first then killed triceps

    BB Curls
    7's with 65x10

    Seated DB Hammer Curls

    50x10
    55x8

    Single Arm Preacher Curls
    20x12
    25x10
    30x8

    Reverse Grip BB Curls
    7's with 55x10

    Triceps
    Reverse Grip BB Bench
    135x15
    135x15

    Close Grip BB Bench
    225x6
    225x6

    Dips
    BWx25
    +45x12
    +70x10

    Straight bar Skull Crushers
    65x20
    85x15
    135x6

Yes you read that last one right, 135x6. Now I will admit, the reps were not as strict and deep as the others but it was more so because I felt like my wrists were gonna snap off. I'll try and get someone to video tape next weeks so you guys can actually witness this. I understand if someone wants to call BS, hell I may too if I saw it.

DW my wrist get the same problem when going over 115. I got the 135 for 5 this morning and keeping the wrists straight is NOT easy and even gets painful. I have to wrap my elbows on that, but now might even wrap the wrists... going to look like an APT Mummy!!!

    Day 25

Shoulders 2day. energy was a little lacking, had baseball before weights today so my shoulder was a little sore from throwing.

    Seated Side Laterals
    7's with 15x12

    Overhead DB Press
    50x15
    55x12
    60x10

    BB Front Raise
    45x12
    45x12
    45x12

    Neutral Grip Machine Press
    7's with 170x10

    Rear Delt Raise
    7's with 15x12

    DB Shrugs
    4 sets 80x15

    BB Shrugs
    7's with 185x12

Nothin too much to report from 2days workout other than I had a sweey pump and my shoulder actually started to feel better after I was done lifting.

A note, I will b switching to a Keto-Diet monday. Im starting to get bloated from meals, which i hadn't before 2day. Still get a sweet pump from food, Thanks natadrol haha. But this also mean time to chill with the carbs. Afer about 4weeks I'll switch back to amore normal diet.

Remember I've been KILLING food the past 4 weeks and waist is still damn near the same....Love it.

I did make sure i took my GHenerate before my workout, could be the GH properties of the stuff. After all I am having the other signs of increased GH. Im not ready to say its that just yet but this could be a sign of good things to come.

Felt a lot stronger this workout, actually got a little pump too! Man was a sweating like a whore in church too. I thought I may have some trouble getting my rep range feel but had no problem. I felt so much stronger this workout.

Mr. Kleen, Im working out now at about 8pm or so. Should I dose 1 serving Ghenerate in the morning and the 2nd before my workout? I usually will go to bed at about 11, pretty soon after my workout.

DW - You can dose Ghenerate anytime during the day as long as it is away from carbs... not a problem for you on keto. I have taken it at 11 AM before than again 12 hours later with the same results. As long as you dose it twice a day you are good to go.
If my direct and cynical approach bothers you, just ignore it. I'm just saying what you need to hear ;).

Yeah what he said. Honestly I have taken the Ghen in the morning then pre workout and then pre bed. It isn't going to hurt but may help the recovery from the workout and help you fall asleep later. Great workout man!

Word, I'll take it like that then.

Does anyone know of a low-carb or sugar free bbq sauce? I think im just gonna try and make my own. Ground beef, cheese and bacon is the sh!t....if i could add a little bbq, stuff would be down right stupid good.

I tried a low carb one and it was horrible. Although a little A1 goes a long way. A1 and mustard goes even farther. A1/mustard/tabasco and garlic. Well you get my drift. Although with that combination you mentioned, i would throw some hot picante sauce on it and call it a day.

DC split B1....oh was it great!

    Preacher Curls
    60x11x4x3
    18RP

    DB Hammer Curls
    40x20
    20 SS

    Smith Calf Raise
    225x12
    12DC

    Seated Leg Curl
    140x12x5x3
    20RP

    Full Squat
    365x8
    225x20

Workout was great! A little off on the weights for these but I have a good reference point now, I got all my weights. Felt good to get under some more serious weight on squat. Went a little light on the widow maker but it's my 1st widow maker in almost a year! Squats were deep too, now i just need my leg size to catch up with the weight, lol.

The keto is def taking its toll on fullness and pumps, still pick up a pump pretty easily though. I can tell the difference already from 8caps of natty to 10, I love 10! Still no acne and im recovering pretty well, Im usually crawling the day after a DC workout but sorness isn't really there and trained muscles from monday still look pretty full, just not as full as when i was smashig 400+gr of carbs a day. Usually I flatten out damn quick on a keto, so this saturdays carb load should have me looking right come monday.

I thought i was never gonna fall asleep last night, ended up getting around 6hrs of sleep. Woke up this morning and took a scoop of ASGT with some creatine mono and feel like a million bucks. GHenerate+ASGT=Fvkc 6 hours of sleep.

Back on a regular diet, now I just have 2 big ass things of bacon and safflower oil I gotta deal with. Have to go grocery shopping too, fell super full again though. I figure since im on the natadrol and its working wonders on my waistline given the mass amounts of carbs I should be good. Diet is more of a DC now, pro/carb and pro/fat meals with very little cross overs

Nice! I like that style of eating. I am doing something similar with my carbs but still having a big carb load day on Saturday just about 600 grams though. I almost wonder if you didn't get a hold of something bad to have you on the crapper all day the day of your carb load. I normally have to go a few times the day after my loading is done but not so much during. For now I am doing carbs like this starting Monday 100, 200, 100, 200, 100, 600, 300 Sunday, carb meals are early and low in fat high in protein on days of 200 the carbs will be 1st 2 meals. Carb up day is all day madness followed by one day at maintenance cals or a little over like 300-500 cals. I don't count the carbs in my nuts, or almonds or any of that. Just the carbs I am taking in specifically as carb sources. Fun stuff!

Yea idk, I usually have a crap few times more than normal on carb loads. This was ridiculous tho. Eating carbs tho has me looking and feeling full tho Thanks natadrol. Its like when I eat ~15-20min later I get a pump, it's a beautiful thing.

I went too light on front squats but it was really sh!tty what I got, for me, on my front squats. I wanted 8, so I had to make sure I could get my 20.Was sweating like crazy again but had excellent workout mojo.

I am going to start doing cardio tue/thur/sat mornings now. Im really gonna slam the protein(~400gr) and healthy fats(~125)gr here so just to make sure the waistline stays down, 20-30min LI cardio in the AM def wont hurt.

Legs are toast though and ready to catch some ZZZ's....GHenerate should def help me there

Thanks for the kind words fella's. My back is still sooooo sore! I messed up with my split, def can't do stiff deads and full deads in back to back workouts. A rookie mistake by a DC veteran
