    sorry but I just imagined your dog drinking GHenerate and then sleeping for two fukking days straight. See if your dog can run faster and jump higher. Feed him a lot of protein so that natadrol goes into good use. His body must be going through some insane sh!t!

  12. Fella's! So sorry there has been no updates this week. I haven't had Internet at my house yet! It was supposed to be set up on 8/16 but it was a no go. We're good to go now though.

    I have taken pic's, measurements, and logged my workouts so rest assure. I am not in town right now, helping a good buddy of mine move and hang out at his place for the weekend. Diet will still be at least 80% down here, should see if the Natadrol shines ehh?

    When monday rolls around I'll be able to give my 1st week review and upload everything else.

    One huge thing I have notices thus far is INCREASED URINATION! I'm beeing almost on the hour, other then that there are some numbers in the weight room you guys would be interested in, but workouts have been great.

    No real increase in libido or anything else.

  14. Solid workout 2day. Had good endurance and strength is up slightly from last week. I started on the diet posted today and it feels good to eat again! Im hoping to wake up feeling full 2maro.

    Natabolic stack review: Week 1

    -1st week and not a whole lot to comment on here. I was going to the bathroom A LOT, seems to have subsided a little but man o man, it was like almost every hour I had to urinate. Sleep has been good and I have been feeling great from 7hr of sleep and usually I can only do that for a day or two but have been doing it for about the entire week.

    Alpha feeling / Confidence
    -Wouldn't say this is real big, I feel good not doubt there.

    Strength
    -Up slightly from last week, nice since I was dieting hardcore for the first week of the stack

    Recovery
    -Pretty solid, not really sore after yesterdays chest/tri's workout while my workout partners are toast!

    Aggression
    -Nothing too bad, had a lot of crappy things happen this week too with money and school

    Appetite
    -No significant change

    Libido
    -Slightly up, got to put it to use on the trip

    Sleep Quality
    -Awesome! Been getting a solid 7-9 hours and feeling good all day.

    Pump
    -Havne't noticed a big increase yet.

    Energy levels
    -Feel solid throughout the day, no mid-day slow down.

    Endurance
    -Well I ran a mile in 7:30 yesterday, best ive done since high school. Also thr first time i've tried lol

    Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes
    -Waist is the same but I didn't weigh myself after the 1st week. Vacularity is more pronounced than the week before.
