I am waiting somewhat impatiently at my mailbox for my LG Sciences. I have already run down the mailman twice, a pizza guy, and some old lady in a safari hat who apparently is not a parcel deliverer at all.
As it stands I will most likely run 4wks of followed by 6wks of and throughout, as I think thats how its recommended. This of course is open to variation due to my size and how my body reacts.
I currently do a 2 on 1 off workout split. With push one day and pull the next. I will workout legs every other split on either push or pull day depending on my energy level. Yea it seems like a strange routine but it seems to be the one that my body responds best to.
Roughly 2500-3000 cal. Mon-Fri is a regemented granola bar for breakfast and 1-2 turkey sandwiches for lunch. Dinner varies day to day but usually homemade and always meatcentric.
