Test booster Recomp
So its TIME to try and gain some weight back and maintain the bodyfat i have right now, hopefully, maybe even drop some.
TESTOPRO : dosing will be 8 caps EOD (or just monday wed friday for simplicity sake)
PERFORM: Dosing will be 4 caps ED
Nutrient Repartitioner: Not allowed to mention as i do not want this thread closed because im tracking progress.
Garcinia Cambogia 50% HCA powder
Occasional HEMODRENE or THERMOGUM, or any fat burner i have laying around which will be mainly PRE CARDIO or PRE BED
Diet: The IDGAF diet. Maybe that will change, maybe it wont?
Breakfast: fariana, nature valley bar, protein shake, PB
Lunch: whatever the **** i want
Dinner: what ever the **** i want
Snacks are optional for me as i like to try and do 5 hours in between each meal (kinda like intermittent fasting)
all meals will include protein fat and carbs.
uhmmm i think thats all for now.
oh yea training
Pullups 2-3x a week 100 reps.
pushups 2-3x a week 200 reps.
Tuesday: Arms and shoulders
Boxing and kickboxing and sparring will be spuratic.

gym was good today
2 cap perform 4 cap testo 1 cap NP (nutrient repartitioner), 3 caps of some random sample burner.
lifted. felt strong
havent done a REAL workout like this in like 6 weeks, ended up gettin 185 for like 15.
morning weight was 186.4 but then i **** later that day... it was like the spawn of satan so i may be less then that lol.
post work out
2 NP caps , then 2 peices grilled chicken cous cous and roasted potatos and a power bar.
oh drank 60 ounce water during workout then rode the bike for like an hour watching pro boxers spar.. ****in awesome

im hoping for boners that are just as awesome as bein on test. and after this month ill do another stack with perform and primal male. and if thats no bueno in the boner department then ill just do a shot a week for ever.

no idea what my body fat it, but id say round 10 due to the fact i have poor abdominal development (muscle is not very prominent there which is weird) I must build it with weighted stuff.
this picture was taken after 5 weeks of the idgaf diet, nothing structured, no weight lifting, (kickboxing and plyos but not to my best ability die to injuries)
basically this is just from 3 days a week pushup and pullups no legs due to partial tear in quad.
i start deads and squats this week. oh and did chest today bc my back was bothering me.
Diet today after breakfast was........
2 peice grilled chicken roasted potatoes cous cous. then dinner was turkey and mixed veggies in a red sauce over brown rice with coleslaw, and a 23g protein shake.
duno if ill have anything else today.

Never been to a Crazyfool log, but I like the way this is going . . . esp the IDGAF diet. I am doing the same thing now. I want to add muscle and stay lean but I dont wanna be a slave to the diet gods so I know how to eat properly and I can adjust when I see the need.

todays workout was ehhhh
some curls first time doin arms in like 3 months lol
still curled 40s for 10 whateves
did mad laterals, never heavy anymore ****in shoulders are injured. and i did some one legged tricep extentions. yea they look funny as ****, but its your core fairly well too.
did leg raises with weights.
checked myself in the mirror and was like... ****in jacked.
but its ok to do that since im the only one in the weight room 99% of the time
Breakfast was a lame ass p90x bar. Tasted good.
post workout was 2 servings of sweet potato bisque with mad cinnamon. I like th cinnamon in it bc when you mix it its like swirls of cinnamon... like cinnamon toast crunch. then i had a 23g protein shake with it.
now im still hungry. not sure what i wanna eat.....
***** sounds great right bout now though... im at work though.. maybe later.. ladies night at local bar. Will DEF have 2-3 beers and hopefully 2 vaginas one in my mouth and one on my ****.

Woke up today with good boners, then after my last post suddenly just felt like complete ****
had to do legs which i did, not successfully. Got through ONLY 2 sets of Squats before felt something not right in left hammy (on top of all other **** going on with my injuries this mad my mood even worse). Finished workout with a ton of leg ext, and ham curls, and some shrugs (light high rep). ****ing got bored thereafer and decised it would be a great ****in idea to mix blut powerade zero into my gallon of lemonade just to see the color it made...
That was a success, a bright GREEN MAG green color. Got home depressed feelin like **** decided to see what would happen if i added fruit punch... FAIL light brown. .looks like im drinkin liquid ****.
i felt like i needed some comfort food befroe i make 1 of the 3 choices i usually do in this situation (#! drugs... but i try and stay away from those since 5 years ago.. recently some attempts went unsuccessful.. #2 Hop on juice.... #3 Cut everyone i know off for bout 2-3 days)
comfort food was 1 scoop nutrapro, half gallon lactaid whole millk, 1 box raisin bran, then some extra raisin bran crunch.
Been debating on iff i wanna cycle now..
cruise at 125mg sust per week till i decide i wanna go all out.
id cruise and use 70mg cyno till i run out, then wait a month, do anadrol then wait a month then do more test and trn and anadrol, then goto the arnold lookin like a ****stick from jersey shore...

ate a nice breakfast
blueberrys, blackberrys, raspberries, strawberries, vanilla nutra pro (2 scoops), lactaid whole milk.
i feel like if i just used less milk and added a tad water it would be like syru for pancakes.
the girl im dating wants to see me bt i designate tues thurs and sat to my friends...or whoever wnts to chill.
shes mad. not my fault i been with her for 4 years i need my own time and time with friends. if she cant handle that peace out.
i want to start a cycle... very likely im getting some tren A, so ill do a nice little cycle with that n anadrol. and a base of Sust prolly 6 weeks on it. although i know i need it longer i just wanna get outta the funk im essentially back at 190. so weight lifting has been helping since starting.
im just rambling now. awell... well see what i feel like doing for back
