I've been out of the gym for about 10 years (I know, please not flaming), family, business, laziness, etc., all added together, more than anything was very stress out over the business and economy, however I'm back in the gym. I'm 52 years old, 5'9" and weight 175 lbs., not in terrible shape with a size 32 waist but far from what I've been back then. A lot have change in 10 years, now ilustrate me in what should be my supplement of choice for bulking, routine and dedication is not an issue, I pretty much know what to do once I'm in the gym. Again what will ideal for max gain in terms of diet, supplements and what ever is available other than Dianabol or Winstrol. PLEASE POST I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP.....................
