    LG Sciences log(AGST and PUMP)!!!!!


    Ok so this is going to my first log EVER! English is NOT my first language, I am dyslexic and ADHD so if you hate misspelled words and bad grammar this is NOT the log for you to read. This is not my English paper so I'm just going to type and post. I'm going to keep things short and simple and get to the point.

    I will be writing a log on AGST(Anadraulic State GT) and Anadraulic Pump. I have not taken any pre-workout or anything else sense I have ordered these. My diet has been sh!ty for the past two days until my diet pills comes in.

    My stack:
    Whey protein isolate
    Animal Pak
    Creatine
    USP labs OEP
    iForce TT33
    Combat(by MusclePharm)
    AGST
    PUMP!

    I'm going to start my diet from today sence 3/4 of my order is here. Today I had ice cream and I fill sleep as hell. I'm about to go take AGST for the first time, cook, eat, PUMP, go workout!

    Music changes everything about me(Sh!t you not) so to help me get pump and get out of my sleepy mode I'm going to lesson to Eminem!


    P.S. I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day!

    Def. not felling sleepy anymore(ok a little). Had one serving of oatmeal(5g protein, 27g of carbs), 3 servings of tuna(16g protein per serv.) and 6egg whites(178g, 44=6g protein).

    WEEK 1 DAY 1


    So I took 1 serving of AGST at 6:10, ate, 1 serving of pump at 6:55, changed and headed to the gym. I was already kinda of tired and I had a sh!ty day so I wasn't in a good of the mood. I lifted pretty heavy and took 1-3 minute brakes. This was the only leg day for the past 4 weeks or so that I hadn't done heavy cardio the day before(I usually do 30+ minutes of elliptical on 18/20)! I had to get out of the gym cause they were closing but I still had energy and I still do.

    My post workout shake meal 4:
    2 serving of oatmeal
    26g of WPI
    8 oz of skim milk
    1 serving of PB
    and 5g of creatine mono



    As far as the taste goes I don't believe that supplements SUPPOSE to taste good just tolerable. Its a supplement not candy or anything else. AGST taste was OK I'll give it a 5/10 and PUMP a 6.5/10! I'll measure how much water I use next time and rate it to different measurements I use.

    My roommates were using the pans so I couldn't cook. So I just grabbed 2 turkey patties and George foremaned them. I got all the fats out as humanly possible.

    Soooo meal 5

    2 turakey batties(18g of protein each)
    1 serving of Combat(25g of protein)
    8 oz of skim milk(8g of protein)


    Todays diet was UBER sh!ty but I didn't know my stuff was going to get here today. I won't be able to get a lot of sleep tonight cause I have to be up earlier than usual and head to lab to run some stuff on mass spec. I'll update as much as I can and I'll try to post my carb intake also!

    water intake 1.5 gallons

    14 egg whites

    MEAL #3
    1 serving of oatmeal(Which I had to make 3 times cause the first two times it overflowed in the microwave)!
    8.6 oz of chicken breast.

    3 serving of tuna and 6 egg whites

    MEAL#5
    2 serving of oats.
    1 serving of pb

    2 turkey patties Georged!

    Lol, sorry! Anyway, the point I would make is that taking arginine a half hour after eating, particularly protein, is going to severely inhibit the arginines effects (as well as the geranium). I'd eat around 1.5-2 hours pre-workout, then dose the goods a half hour before, or so.

    Oh ok! So tomorrow is my arm day and I'll do that! I guess I just gotta each big 1.5 before.

    P.S. I'm going to organize this log more, sorry its been kinda sh!ty and all over the place!

    Today was my cheat day cause we have group lunches so it went something like this.

    MEAL 1
    2 serving of oatmeal(one was the falovered packs cause I ran out of the original ones)
    1 serving of PB
    26g of WPI
    5g of creatine
    8 oz of skim milk
    1 Animal Pak

    MEAL 2
    PIZZA

    MEAL 3
    Protein bar

    AGST and 45 minutes later PUMP. Both with 8 oz of water and they tasted ok.

    MEAL 4
    2 serving of flavored oats
    1 serving of PB
    26 of WPI
    5g of creatine
    8 oz of skim milk

    MEAL 5
    3 serving of tuna
    8 egg whites

    MEAL 6
    7.8 oz of chicken breast

    Meal 7
    Combat
    8 oz of skim milk


    I missed up on my timing and I ate at 3:30 and got finished eating at 3:40. Took AGST at 4:04 and pump at 4:50. I could rep 50lbs on concentrated curls so I jumped to 55lbs and did negatives. My VEINS were bulging OUT my arms! Like I saw the vein in my bicep which has never came out to play before. Todays workout was like having sex but I could not finish.I just kept going!!! I was full of energy and my brakes were a lot shorter. Even though I had ate 25 minutes before taking AGST. I'm forced to go to gym at 5 on fridays cause the gym closes at 7. So I go out of lab and head to the gym(unless I wanted skip something). At this moment AGST and PUMP both are my favorite pre-workout supplement. I wounder what would happen if I took 3 scoops of each. I might explode from the pumps!

    WEEK 1 DAY 4

    I got about 9 hours of sleep and I noticed I was out of oatmeal and so was Walmart so I got some grits but I measured(like always) and calculate so I would get the same amount of carbs like taking 2 servings of oat meals

    MEAL 1

    1.7 serving of grits(52g of carbs)
    26 of WPI
    8 oz skim milk
    5g creatine
    1 serving of PB

    MEAL 2
    1.7 serving of grits(52g of carbs)
    26 of WPI
    8 oz skim milk
    5g creatine
    1 serving of PB
    1 animal pak
    2 turkey patties
    1 hamburger patty

    MEAL#3
    1.5 servings of tuna
    6 egg whites

    MEAL #4
    1.5 servings of tuna
    6 egg whites

    MEAL #5
    Combat
    8 oz skim milk

    Side notes

    I rested a lot less between sets. I felt like I could lift more with less rest time! Veins are slowly but surely coming out

    I only got 5 meals in cause I slept like a MOFO!

    I'm waiting an 1.5 hours before I take AGST. Lets see how that goes!

    So workout was good but I didn't get to lift until 30 minutes after taking PUMP cause this FAT F#$CK dude in the gym tried to teach me about diet and exercise again and talk about how he bench presses 350lbs(while I've seen my only repping 135 couple of times on incline and he was out), how everybody builder normally eat 9-11 meals a day(I've only seen ONE bodybuilder saying he ate more than 8 meals a day and he said sometimes not always), and how Jay Cutler doesn't use gloves and I should just use chuck(I use chuck and I'm pretty sure it doesn't protect my f#$cked up wrist)!!!! Anyways I has energy and all but Saturdays are my longest day I workout and I got really hungry, hence the reason why when I got home I just had to eat so I threw 2 turkey patties and a hamburger patty on the grill got all the fat out of it and are them like in a minute.

    So should I eat 1.5-2 hours before taking AGST or before taking PUMP?

    Today I did 2-3 more reps on lat pull down and I timed my rest time(3 minutes) but after 1.5-2 minutes I felt like I was refreshed and ready to go again. I could feel the energy and the pumps. I also started mixing one scoop of AGST with 16oz of water and I liked the taste a whole lot better. It had a little sweet taste to it. After I drank AGST I had a cool sensation in my mouth like if I was chewing on a winter fresh gum. But for pump I just powered some water in the shaker bottle and downed it. Its 6g per scoop it like nothing. I think next time I'll just pour the powder in my mouth and drink some water on top of it.
