Im currently taking N.O. Explode 30 to 45 min. before my workout, followed by a decent but not too demanding workout routine. afterwards I follow it up with a whey protein. my current weight is 175. I have a goal weight of 200 and hope to obtain that within 10 months. Im looking to build mass but get cut as well. what are some suggestions that you have to offer? keep in mind, im a soldier with not alot of time to work out but when I do I try to make the best of it. I have roughly an hour to an hour and a half daily. what do you recommend as well for a work out routine.
