What's your leg routine?
Just got my SWOLE Stack in the mail!!!
I decided to log it for all those who are interested.
I just purchased a one month supply but depending on results i might buy another months worth during my "cycle"
About me: Im 21 years old, i have been lifting for 4 years. I stand at 6' and weigh 175 with 6% BF.
My main goals i want to accomplish with this stack is add lean muscle to my legs, Hopefully increase the size of my calves. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I will try to log my workouts, mood, and side effects(if any) daily.
Also i will try to give an est. on my calories taken in.
What's your leg routine?
Day 1: 6 pills 2x per day
I HATE taking pills!!! the taste, the smell, the feeling of them lodged in your throat!!!
Back/shoulders: 3 sets per exercise
Wide-grip lat pulldowns: 3sets- @150lbs 10 reps
inverted rows: 3sets - 10 reps
bent over dumbbell rows:3sets- @ 60lbs 10 reps
Shoulder lateral raises- 3sets @25lbs 10 reps
"SuperSet" Barball Shrug- 4sets @135lbs 8-12 reps
Standing single arm shoulder press - 3sets @50lbs 10 reps
todays workout was great!!!! went strong the whole time, BCAAs and after for recovery.

Ahhh I'm so tired, just got off work... Running on 4 hours of sleep (not normal) time to nap before I hit legs.
Had an amazing leg workout. I'm Posting from my iPhone right now. So I will update log after. My muscles already feel denser. Could be mental but they definitely seem different!
I pick things up...I put them down! The quest to be HUGE!!!!

Wooooo baby!!! Finally got to my home computer!!
Just got off work! My mood is excellent, for only being on my 3rd day of pills im already feeling them. My energy levels in the gym are good, i am a bit more confident than normal, have and overall better feeling/outlook, and im very horny and hungry all the time haha.
Anyways.... Yesterday i ruined my legs. my workout went like this:
only had 25-30 sec breaks entire workout went by very fast but i am feeling it today
Deep Squats(ass to the mat):
@185lbs 8 reps 2 sets--@205lbs 8 reps 1 set--@225 7 reps 1 set
@135lbs 20 reps 3 sets
Front Squats(first time preforming them)
@135lbs 8 reps 3 sets
Barbell Calve raises:
@135lbs 20reps 4sets
SuperSet Calve raises
Bodyweight rep to fail 4 sets
thats all it took to ruin my legs! haha great work out thought
i am very excited to see how these pills effect me in a week or so!!!
Time to go hit Bi's and Tri's
