  1. Talking Anabolic Innovations **SWOLE Stack**


    Just got my SWOLE Stack in the mail!!!
    I decided to log it for all those who are interested.
    I just purchased a one month supply but depending on results i might buy another months worth during my "cycle"

    About me: Im 21 years old, i have been lifting for 4 years. I stand at 6' and weigh 175 with 6% BF.

    max bench:325
    max squat:285
    max deads:315x10

    My main goals i want to accomplish with this stack is add lean muscle to my legs, Hopefully increase the size of my calves. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I will try to log my workouts, mood, and side effects(if any) daily.
    Also i will try to give an est. on my calories taken in.

  3. Day 1: 6 pills 2x per day

    I HATE taking pills!!! the taste, the smell, the feeling of them lodged in your throat!!!
    Back/shoulders: 3 sets per exercise

    Wide-grip lat pulldowns: 3sets- @150lbs 10 reps
    inverted rows: 3sets - 10 reps
    bent over dumbbell rows:3sets- @ 60lbs 10 reps

    Shoulder lateral raises- 3sets @25lbs 10 reps
    "SuperSet" Barball Shrug- 4sets @135lbs 8-12 reps
    Standing single arm shoulder press - 3sets @50lbs 10 reps

    todays workout was great!!!! went strong the whole time, BCAAs and glutamine after for recovery.

    Front squats
    Reverse Lunges
    Stiff-Legged Deads

    Switch up your rep range also.

  16. Had an amazing leg workout. I'm Posting from my iPhone right now. So I will update log after. My muscles already feel denser. Could be mental but they definitely seem different!

  20. Day 3:

    Wooooo baby!!! Finally got to my home computer!!
    Just got off work! My mood is excellent, for only being on my 3rd day of pills im already feeling them. My energy levels in the gym are good, i am a bit more confident than normal, have and overall better feeling/outlook, and im very horny and hungry all the time haha.
    Anyways.... Yesterday i ruined my legs. my workout went like this:
    only had 25-30 sec breaks entire workout went by very fast but i am feeling it today

    Deep Squats(ass to the mat):
    @185lbs 8 reps 2 sets--@205lbs 8 reps 1 set--@225 7 reps 1 set
    Deadlifts:
    @135lbs 20 reps 3 sets
    Front Squats(first time preforming them)
    @135lbs 8 reps 3 sets
    Barbell Calve raises:
    @135lbs 20reps 4sets
    SuperSet Calve raises
    Bodyweight rep to fail 4 sets

    thats all it took to ruin my legs! haha great work out thought
    i am very excited to see how these pills effect me in a week or so!!!

    Time to go hit Bi's and Tri's

  24. 20 rep sets on DL is really a waste of time and energy. Switch either to SLDL at 8-12 reps or lower your DL sets to 3-5 reps.

    I agree 20 reps is a usually a waste .However there are guys like Dusty Hanshaw that are moving 600 plus pounds for 20 reps (in the offseason) because he sinmply does not want to go too high in weights. I usually go 5-10 reps on Dead lifts and I consider myself strong on Deads.

    used to do the whole power thing when I was into how strong I was.Your going to get stronger if you stay in this game no matter what so whatever works for you at the time .

    Not to mention 20 rep deads tend to make you want to puke... I did 20 reppers rest pause once ... never again.

  34. Day 4:

    Worked out my Bi's and Tri's yesterday. Had a pretty good workout, not the best i had to cut it short :/ my workout only took about 25 minutes but i got a lot done. My mood had definitely been effected already! All the characteristics of having more higher testosterone levels are showing. My libido it already on the rise! haha anyways. I am not going to log yesterdays workout due to the fact that it wasnt really a workout it was more of going to the gym to get a pump. But i did:
    dumbbell curls-hammer curls-reverse curls-
    Tricep overhead press-Tri extension- skull crushers

    My whole body is pretty sore. Today im just going to core, forearms, traps, calves

    Reply about deadlifts: i dont usually do 20 reps. that day was just a warm up/stretch. I usually stick to 8-12 reps but thank you for the advice and everyones help. Next monday im going to start a good solid routine. So far i have no regrets on these pills. Im excited to see what happens in the next few days.
