I have been a member on here for years now and have never logged anything. I have decided to start alog. I have a strongman comp on 8/28 that I am just starting to train for. I have not competed in over 2 years. My strength and on the events have gone down quite a bit. I am in Physical Therapy school so I haven't had much time to train. Now, I have 1 year left of school which is mostly clinicals. That is giving me much more time to train. I normally don't take many supps, but I am giving Testopro a try to help with recovery. I am mainly going to review recovery, , and strength. I won't be discussing body comp or anything of that nature.
Anyway, I started Testpro on Wednesday. I am dosing at 4 pills a day right now. Later on in the cycle, I may up it to 6 and add in HGH pro depending on how things are going. I will try to update as often as possible. I use Wendler's 5/3/1 for most of my training. Right now, I am running a 5/3/1 cycle with Axle Press, Deadlift, Bench, and Squat. Here are my last couple workouts since starting Testopro.

6/12 New 5/3/1 started today.

Nothing yet to report from the testopro. If I hit some PRs in the next couple weeks, I will call it a success. Deadlifts tomorrow. I'll try to get a few videos.
