Hey guys,
My names John and I am 21 years old. Just finished my first show on May 22nd the NANBF Mr./Ms. Natural MN and took 4th out of 12 in my class. I absolutely loved the show and the experience and will take what I have learned and apply it to a good 1.5 years of offseason to grow, mature, and come in even more shredded to hopefully come home with the 1st place hardware. I am excited to start this offseason with some MUSCLE MARINADE PURUS PUNCH to help energize, increase focus, and demand strength this next month. I will be reviewing along the way with:
Taste
Mixability
Energy
Focus/Pumps &and any other things I want to add.
My workouts will be from the Scivation Tri-Phase training program along with some FST-7 action possibly. I may start tomorrow morning or Monday for sure depending on if I can get up early enough tomorrow before work.
Notes: My strength has gone way downhill and just got back from vacation w/my girlfriend in Florida this past week which was awesome but I'm not sure where my strength will be now but hey gotta start somewhere right
I just tried posting a pic of the bottle of MM but said I have to have a post count of 50 which sucks but I guess I'll have to get it up there before I post some pics, sorry.

Notes: I mixed up MM w/12oz of water and I will say the flavoring is very sweet. Next workout I mixed in w/16oz of water and the flavoring was just about spot on, very good. Mixability wasn't great but it wasn't the worst either, just a few chunks floating around. My energy was nothing stellar but it may have been due to getting a phone call at 2am to pick up a drunk buddy of mine at the bar and than working out at 8am.
My 2nd workout I had much better of an energy rush and focus. My vascularity was awesome and had a great workout overrall.

Muslce Marinade- mixed 1 scoop in 16oz water. This is def what I recommend mixing it in. The taste is spot on w/ a little artificial aftertaste but nothing unbearable. Energy was great and focus was spot on. I love hypertrophy workouts for the pump it gives and MM contributed greatly to it. My arms hurt after this one and had a very good pump going! Tomorow will be legs and thurs I will take off- i have registration for classes.

I decided to take today and tomorrow off. I am sooo sore and feel it would be much better to take a break. No MM today or tomorrow but will hit LEGS Saturday!

If its in very cold water the flavor is much better I found. I feel that Blue Razz flavored products are getting very popular right now and that would be a great one to try! IMO

Great workout. Vascularity was great and felt a huge pump in the chest the whole workout. MM is def helping me push through my workouts better. The flavor is ok but the performance is awesome! Energy is a clean energy that lasts much longer than my workouts which is very cool because I work after and If i'm crashing than it's a looong day
