  5. ok my friends, here in the beautiful North West and ready to kill it at the gym, in the morning though... 14 hours of driving and I am TOAST!! will take a look at this gym and pray they have DB's up to 200lbs! I would settle for 150 though!!

  6. ok guys the gym here ROCKS!!! but was totally full!!!! lol they have DB's up to 150, but anything over 100 had cobwebs on them!!! lol Had a good lift, but it was interrupted over and over with soooo many guys in there. Hard to concentrate.
    The Lift

    Flat BB Bench Press
    135x15 - 225x12 - 225x10 - 275x5 (went for it with the new reworked grip. felt pretty good. Can't wait to get back to 375!!)
    The cables were being used by 25 dudes, NOT KIDDING, so used some crazy peck deck contraption... not a fan...
    145x10 (3 times)
    COMPETITION LIFT
    2 Hand overhead DB extensions:
    100x15 - 130x6 (had elbow pain... not happy with this) 130x6 - 100x10
    Since they have 150s here, the new goal is 150x5 before I leave... that is only 5 weeks!!! Holy Crap I am insane!!!
    PUll-ups-
    BW x 12 and then 10 guys actually moved over as I walked around between sets and took the bar... was pissed!!! but moved on
    Bent over BB rows:
    135x15 - 225x10 - 275x5 - 135x15
    Hammer Curls:
    50's x 10 - 55's x 6 - 40s x 10
    Shrugs
    4 sets of 10
    This whole thing took over an hour because of waiting in line for equipment!!! need to find a new time, but not bad for the first time in a new gym.

    I am coming for you TG... and all you other pukes!!!! lol

    HGHPro... the stuff rocks. I am on a WWII old barracks bed, top bunk too which SUCKS!!! anyways, I laid down 20 minutes after taking the stuff and was out 10 minutes later and only woke up 1 time during the night because another guy hit my bunk on the way to the pisser. Worth every penny I paid for that alone!!! I hope the Recomp I get will be just as effective
    AT-2... was sweating like Met in church at the gym. I NEVER sweat heavily, and the gym was nice and cool. I had 3 scoops ASGT, 2 AT-2 , and 5 scoops AP.... I was rocking like TG at a Ozzy Osborne concert surrounded by Vikings!!!!
    This run is going to be EPIC!!!!

    Glad you ar eliking the HGHPro I hope mine is in the mailbox today...damn you guys are doubled up on those bunks huh, that blows o.O We only had like 20 people in one, so enough room for single bunks.

    Which reminds me, I made a badass little desk for my laptop out of the top of one of those footlockers and some 550 cord and 100 mile tape, was AWESOME

  17. lol yeah we are bunked and there is NO room for anything!!!! I am lucky though because I drove and can put crap in my car. You were right about the gym here though... it is great... I have just NEVER seen so many people in a gym before. Even in Iraq when we first got our gym on FOB Warhorse in Baquba... do you have any idea what hours are best???

    I went at like 15-1600 usually, wasn't too bad. Mainly the cardio machines taken up. I would imagine 2300-0100 is pretty good too, but I don't even remember the hours, I doubt it's 24 hour gym, don't think I've seen one in the states (on a base)

    Yeah I am on victory and you would think that out of several thousand people there would be more than 6 in the gym at 2am...lol

  24. because of ASGT, I have learned to love the stuff. I ordered some, and the sexy studs (insert Met joke HERE) at LG accidentally added an extra bottle. I now have 5!!! lol but I have no issue with Y, but wanted to give the Y-Free a shot. Been on it only 2 days, so nothing really yet, but there has already been pSarm in the system from the ASGT. I have high expectations...
