I find the best days to get motivated are the days when the sun is up and shinning. I cant wait to hit the gym hard tonight with my friend who is getting ready for a competition in august. I am new to this site and hoping to find anyone that has good advice my goal is to loose around 15 lbs. I have droped 5 already in the last week, most likely water...but hells ya at least something came off. I am also looking for friends that share the interaste of the gym and maybe some workout buddies in the metro area. Im a full time student at the University of Minnesota and work part time so im very busy. But the gym is my life and I make time for it every day.
