Back Raises on Reverse Hyper

Abs on Reverse Hyper
4 x 12 @ 25 (These are done by laying on the top of the hyper with your upper body hanging completely off, then doing situps.)
Day 2 Training
ME Bench (Deload)
Dumbbell Presses to Failure (about 1 minute between sets)
85lb dumbbells for 30,20, & 15 reps
Weighted Chin Ups
3 x 8 @ bw+45
Barbell Extensions from dead stop
3 x 10 @ 125
Handcuff Face Pulls (strap around wrists, no grip)
4 x 15 @ 60
Hammer Curls
2 x 10 @ 65lb Dumbbells
Free Test
Took my first serving last night after dinner, and my second before training today. To early to notice anything as its not really a supplement you'll notice right away. I will say the additional Alcar this morning from the Free Test gave me a little extra focus.
