I honestly didnt know where to put this. So Yea im kind of new to the whole supplement thing so i dont no what supplements to stack. Im planning on starting june 15th. I used to be one 195 soild about 6 months ago but got in a car accident an screwed up my back for a while an am going to school so stoped me from working out the entire time. Before that i was working work straight for about a year. Anyway now im 185 an fat lol.
