  1. Punthra's been away....TIME TO SMASH SOME WEIGHTS!!!! HGHpro, Glycobol, and Testopro


    Well, as everyone that follows my log knows i`ve been going through some crap on the home front and my computer has been down and out with a virus.
    I`m happy to report that Danica is now back at home with me and my computer is virus free....Knock on wood!

    Now to the nitty gritty....

    The stack i`m running is what i would call the lean, mean, weight crushing machine stack

    HGHPro - Increases recovery, boosts testosterone, reduces fat

    Testopro - Increases testosterone

    Glycobol - Insulin mimetic, enhances creatine intake


    Supplement Timing:

    HGHpro - 4 capsules before bed

    Testopro - 2 capsules AM and 2 capsules PM

    Glycobol - 2 capsules with large carb meal before workout and 2 capsules with a carb meal later on. Always taken with about 70 grams of carbs

    Training:
    I train fairly instinctual and tend to get my best results when i train this. For an idea of how i train check out some of my other logs.

    Quick Two Overview: I`m having to do this as my computer went down when i started these products. So far i`ve noticed an amazing increase in rest and recovery. Sleep seems to be very sound and i wake up ready to take on the day without being groggy*. My testosterone has definitely been elevated, with random wood being sported at awkward times and my focus and aggression in the gym has been absolutely amazing. Pumps have been rock hard and i`m actually starting to notice my veins in my biceps starting to pop out alot more. Strength is starting to go up gradually and i`m sure i`ll be posting some crazy **** here soon. I`ll post last weeks workouts to give you guys an idea of how my trainings been going later on today...


    To AI: I`d like to say thank you for being patient with everything that has been going on and thanks for being the awesome supportive company that you are! There will be no more delays and as long as my wife`s health stays on track i`m still targeting the late fall to get on stage.

    - this was a great week for workouts overall
    - lowered my volume for legs but they still feel absolutely annialated 2 days later

  6. Nice to have you along as well dream. It's awesome to have my wife home with me again but she's definitely got a ways to go before she is fully recovered. She's on some pretty heavy duty meds so we're both just going to have to be patient.

    Reverse Grip Pulldowns 200x5 / 250x5 / 300x5 / 325x4 (Holy Crap!!! Haven't pulled this much since used microdrol!!!!! Form was awesome with no swing and an amazing squeeze) w/ dropset 160x12

    Barbell Rows 185x8 / 215x8 / 245x8

    One Arm Cable Rows 90x10 / 120x10 / 150x7 / 60x15 (Really liked how these stretched and pulled my lats)

    Padded T-Bar Rows 90x10 / 135x8 / 180x6 w/ drop 135x5 w/ drop 90x6 w/ drop 45x10

    Rope Pullovers 115x10 / 130x10 / 145x10

    Notes:
    - reverse grip pulldowns went absolutely amazing, haven't felt that strong since i was taking a prohormone!
    - really have been impressed with HGHpro and it's ability to allow me quality sleep even when i don't get much total sleep! Feel recovered on even the lowest amount of sleep.
    - will always love that alpha male feel that Testopro gives me
    - get to try a sample of Presurge (Glycocarn) tomorrow for my chest workout, so i'll report back and let you know my thoughts on it

  19. lol you BOTH are!!! but it is only for 1 lift, 2 hand overhead DB extensions. He has raised the bar to using a 130 DB for 10 reps. Kleen and I are right at 125 for about 8 a piece. XT is close...

  20. If it's just triceps extensions then my best is a 160x6. My tris are pretty strong.

    Notes:
    - kept this workout simple and straight to the point of using heavy ass weight
    - the pump i had today from using my AI products and something called Presurge was absolutely amazing! Pump lasted for a couple hours after my workout, which i found absolutely astounding!
    - Strength was absolutely top notch today!
    - kind of snickered to myself today as i watched a couple of guys i know who are on the sauce struggling with 185 on the incline as there first exercise!
    - sleeping patterns are still out of wack but i still seem to be recovering without any problems
    - focus and aggression was top notch during this workout
