Well, as everyone that follows my log knows i`ve been going through some crap on the home front and my computer has been down and out with a virus.
I`m happy to report that Danica is now back at home with me and my computer is virus free....Knock on wood!
Now to the nitty gritty....
The stack i`m running is what i would call the lean, mean, weight crushing machine stack
HGHPro - Increases recovery, boosts testosterone, reduces fat
Testopro - Increases testosterone
Glycobol - Insulin mimetic, enhances creatine intake
Supplement Timing:
HGHpro - 4 capsules before bed
Testopro - 2 capsules AM and 2 capsules PM
Glycobol - 2 capsules with large carb meal before workout and 2 capsules with a carb meal later on. Always taken with about 70 grams of carbs
Training:
I train fairly instinctual and tend to get my best results when i train this. For an idea of how i train check out some of my other logs.
Quick Two Overview: I`m having to do this as my computer went down when i started these products. So far i`ve noticed an amazing increase in rest and recovery. Sleep seems to be very sound and i wake up ready to take on the day without being groggy*. My testosterone has definitely been elevated, with random wood being sported at awkward times and my focus and aggression in the gym has been absolutely amazing. Pumps have been rock hard and i`m actually starting to notice my veins in my biceps starting to pop out alot more. Strength is starting to go up gradually and i`m sure i`ll be posting some crazy **** here soon. I`ll post last weeks workouts to give you guys an idea of how my trainings been going later on today...
To AI: I`d like to say thank you for being patient with everything that has been going on and thanks for being the awesome supportive company that you are! There will be no more delays and as long as my wife`s health stays on track i`m still targeting the late fall to get on stage.
