The Game Plan:
The next 10 weeks or so are going to be dedicated to overall fitness, endurance
, strength and speed. My training program is very out of the ordinary for me and is more fitness and athletics oriented than anything I've done in the past. I'm combining compound and olympic lifts with my traditional training and throwing in plyometrics, running and HIIT. I hope I can make it and if I do, this will be quite the transformation!
Get fit, get leaner, get the endurance
up and get stronger! Pretty high goals but I'm going for it!

Diet is gonna be clean, I'm hunting for a job still so I have time to cook and such but I'll keep you all posted if things change drastically or if anything comes up.
