I am taking Anabolic Control with Natabolic and SWOLE!
First let me detail my plan of , I have a lot of supplements lying around right now. I have been buying up a lot of products while on sale and am ready to give them a nice run. I picked up the online for about $80.00 great deal considering you get 2 bottles of , 1 Formadrol, and one for that price. Not bad at all. I also have a SWOLE Stack from Anabolic Innovations that I am adding into the mix. Here is how this is going to look. It is a good mix of everything. I will list what I have on hand and how I plan to use it. I got some of this in stacks and what not but in order to be fair to each product I will list them separately below. I am also looking into something for post workout recovery but haven't made up my mind which way I am going to go with that. Perhaps bulk product or something.

- Weeks 8-12, so far one of the best test booster I have tried. Have big plans for how this should work in PCT. The Estrogen modulation should avert any chance of Estrogen bounce back from the Formadrol while making slowly declining T levels more Anabolic by freeing them up quite a bit.

The workout will be dynamic, I will be responding to how my body is feeling to push things as hard as I can without reinjuring my elbow and quad. I am just now getting back into the lifting a little heavier weight without pain. So things are looking up and we may get an oppurtunity to move some real weight before it is all said and done. Just sit back enjoy the fun and scenery. I may try some new things with the log like occasionally adding a video blog or an example of an exercise or lift I am doing. Maybe some tips on exercises. We shall see depends on what time I have. My overall goal by the end of the 12 weeks is to have leaned up considerably and added back the muscle that has been lost during the first half of this year babying my injuries. Aesthetics will be fist consideration regarding diet, and training as I said will be as as i can be without hurting myself. Expect periodization and at some point some heavy loaded partials to increase tendon strength and girth.
Diet will also be rather dynamic, I will respond to my mirror and the lbm. Having varied calories from 2400-3000, and carb levels varying from 100-250 grams per day. Protein will always be at least 250 grams, fat will make up the rest of the calories depending on the day and need for high or or lower carbs. Most carbs will be eaten earlier in the day regardless of ratios. Meals will either be 4-6 a day meal plans varying. Ideally, I hope to be at or around 191-193 6% and dry. However I would be very happy with 190 at a KLEEN 6%.
