3 months of Lean Body Formulations products including 2 bottles of Recompadrol and one bottle of Garcinia Cambogia 50% HCA.

Starting Stats:
Weight 184.4lbs
Waist 32''
Quads 23"

Arms 15 & 3/16''

Training:
5 days a week, 2 heavy days with deadlift/dip and squat/military, 2 light days with barbell complexes, one day 2mi run, one off day.

Diet:
3200 cals. Carb cycling with 2 high carb days at 370g, 2 medium days at 270g, and 2 low days at 200g. Protein is 200g on high and medium days, 270 on low days. Rest of the calories come from fat.
Carbs: Bulk of them come from fruit, sweet potatoes, and Ezekiel.
Fat: Eggs, fatty meats, olive oil, nuts, fish oil, small amount of dairy.
Protein: Eggs, meats, poultry, fish, whey, small amount of dairy.


Dosing:
1 cap RC per meal under 100g carbs, and total of 6 caps per day. 2 caps for meals exceeding 100g carbs. Then the GC 500mg per meal, for 6 meals, 3g total.

I started this cut at 190 before LBF, and lost a little too much weight too fast. I'll be trying to hold onto as much weight as possible and expect RC and GC to help with me that while leaning out considerably. Goals are 10% bf and to keep my strength.

I'll be editing this post later with starting pictures. Today will be my heavy deadlift/dip day, and my once-per-week cheat meal post-wo.

RC and GC dosing began yesterday morning.

Notes:
About an hour after each meal, felt a lot fuller than usual. Nothing else noted. Today was my cheat meal day, so diet wasn't 100% and 3500 cals.

Barbell complexes for conditioning. Time of 15mins, which is 3mins less than last week's workout.

Notes:
The fullness after each meal is definitely something noticeable. I was more vascular today and I did the same workout in less time than last week. Losing weight too fast if this isn't just water.

Diet: 3270 cals
142g fat
313g carbs (45g fiber)
217g protein

If I weigh less tomorrow, will bump up to 3400 cals, which was maintenance when I was 190lbs.

my maintence calorie 2re about 2600 and im 195, so 3400 is indeed a lot. however youll still get lean with it.

I started the cut at 190 before starting LBF products, so a little too fast for me.

Vascularity was super strong today, even though the gym was cold as balls. Fullness and pump was also very good with 2 caps RC and 130g carbs pre-wo. Unexpected PR on DB bench since I rarely do it, especially since it started as a neutral grip press.

I wait 1.5-1.75 hrs after eating to lift, the pump and fullness was good.

lol, I feel ya, that bf % is according to a scale, not really accurate but it's consistent.

The fullness/pump I can't get over, my arms are 1/4'' more fuller, legs 1/3'' fuller. Post run ARM pump of 1/4'', and leg pump of 2/3'', amazing.

I think it's safe to say my weight has plateaued and it's time to drop some cals, probably to 3050.

Good thing about the heat, vascularity is really showing, that's about it.

Was clean for once yesterday, carbs were under 200, protein 250, and fat over 100, didn't keep a log bc I had no internet, but now I do.


Going to the gym today, will weigh-in pre-wo there now since no scale at home, so weight will fluctuate from the true weight.

It's the scale's bf%, so don't believe it 100%, but I'll have pics up on the 1 month mark, and I'm definitely leaner.

Waist going down again, score. Pump was great as always in the gym, no pump products besides oats+raisins+2 RC pre-wo. It seems my shoulders have def gotten stronger, never arnold pressed that much.

Should have mentioned this earlier, but never have I ever had quad vascularity, not even when I was down to 9-10%. During the workout, vein was sitting on the surface of my right vastus medialis the whole time. Hopefully the fainter veins will surface as well.

I should have taken start leg pics, my bad, but I couldn't even see rectus femoris when I flexed in the beginning FYI.

Went easy on deads again, not my erectors that are bothering me but my quadratus lumborum.
