(P.S. Geek, I have been doing these pretty much as semi-straight sets - such as if I am doing 100 for something, I will do a set at 90 then two at the PR level - is this preferred?)
+10 Barbell Close Bench
+5 Dumbell Flat Bench (each side -obviously)
+5 Preacher Curl
+5 Standing French Press
I had to skip Machine Curls as I had been at the gym for quite a long time as I was not able to superset everything, and had to wait for equip at most points. For whatever reason, the gym was busier then usual for the time I went yesterday.
Either way, another good day for me.
The only negative thing going on lately is that I have been having joint pain. It is in my elbows (light), knee (heavy at times), and occasionally I feel it in my shoulders (only during exercise). I am not to sure what is the cause. Diet and fluid intake is pretty on point. I take Fish Oil. I was previously taking Orange Triad, which has a joint complex, and I stopped when I ran out to finish the multi I had on hand first before ordering another bottle. Maybe it is my body missing the joint complex? Or is this a possible side of the Pink? Discussion Welcome.

Yeah for the 3 x 8-12 bb'ing routine keep it straight sets, either up the weights and get inside your rep limit or keep the weight the same and max out the reps.
for bigger exercsies like CGBP, I do a couple of warm up sets.
Main idea for the super sets and stuff is youre not going to failure, I mean if your set is 8-15 for example and you got 8 and arent sure if you'll be able to get 10, stop. do you super set and try it again. 1min - 30secs between sets n stuff
for the PL'ing aspect take up to 5mins between sets, main aspect is to get the full 5

+5 Failed Set on Arnold Press, so I went back down.
+10 DB Shrugs (In reality, I should have done this weight last week)
..and as Geek pointed out when typing out this routine, I didn't have the energy for T-Bar this week. It was definitely a "my body is telling me to go home" moment, so I headed out.

Alright I realized today that I only have 3.5 days left (after today) of the Pink Magic. It was a good ride, but I will save my final review for when it is done. I also had planned on phasing this into my cut, since it is summer, I can stand to lose some of the fat I am holding. I will begin cutting back on calories and limiting carb intake starting tomorrow.
Yesterday I received my Clenbuterol in the mail. Although this will not be logged, (I need a break guys lol), I will report progress here. I am thinking I will start the Clen tomorrow. I would hold off until Monday as I am not sure if I will be able to make it to the gym tomorrow (taking a road trip to pick up a couch my girlfriend has out of state -will just run outside when I get back), but I would rather get a feel for it before taking it before work.
I still have not received my Torrent Zero from Universal, but I guess it will make for even better timing as I am going to attempt to limit carb intake. I will start up a separate log for them in order to not have their log hidden in the midst of this one. I will make comments on the clenbuterol in that thread.
Even though this log is not over, I wanted to thank you guys for following along. The abundance of support I received has been really helpful in having me give that extra push, and to remember that the pizza might look better, but the brown rice and chicken breast will get me where I want to go. I want to thank everyone who contributed towards my learning process I have used (and abused-lol) this site for. Big Thanks to Geek for that new routine, I am very happy with it and it was perfect timing for the switch. It can really be intimidating putting up a big log like this on these boards, so I am glad my first big log (-not counting mini-logs/reviews) was a success. Thanks guys!

Update Had to take today off due to drive to michigan and back. Clen was not started, starting at 40mcg tomorrow morning.

this is looking good H2S...
when i take oral clen i find myself almost immediately upping the dose to 80mcg at a time. i dont get any sort of jittery or anxiety sides from 40 for sure... maybe a lil jittery at 80 for the first couple doses.

I haven't used clen in years and I would never use oral clen again. Transdermal (e.g. mixed with Eviscerate) will be the only way I'll use it again.

Well I changed my mind again. I didn't dose 80mcg today, because I caught myself acting like a noob and thinking "this doesnt work I should take alot more," where as I am usually more practical and safe in my approach. So I decided to continue with the original plan of increasing by 20mcg each day. I am now at 60mcg. I am starting to "feel it" a bit more, and occasionally I will notice a very mild shake in my hands or me bouncing my leg, but I usually get these from caffeine at times. It definitely was good stuff though, I am glad I decided on this source.
I made a huge mistake in forgetting GeekPoop's advice for how to run my power days when I am on a cut. Back on page 3 when he laid out the routine for me, he instructed me that on a cut, I should do 3x5 as opposed to 5x5. Well since I had put the plan on my phone during my bulk, I never really updated it and followed it like sheep yesterday doing 5x5. I could not figure out why I didn't have the extra push on some lifts. Then I was thinking to myself, well I am significantly low carb right now. Then I went Oh ****! I was supposed to be doing 3x5. Unfortunately, I realised this at the end of my workout, so nothing I could really do there.
I didn't hit any PRs, rather I maintained my peak lifts from last week. I will still consider this good seeing as I was significantly low carb (I am one of those types that can tell if I had enough carbs or not when I am at the gym). Still feeling the bit of a beast mode feeling I got from the Pink, which was nice since I could distinguish it from the AGST agression (which supports this as well) since I am no caffeine during the clenbuterol run.

Lol live n learn :P the 5x5 PLing routine is pretty taxing and this one is 1/2 of it so....
No sides / problems up the dose, just keep drinking that water otherwise youre gonna cramp up and feel like you got riggormortis lulz. Cardio will get hard / harder as well, but it doesnt really matter. You'll burn more cals playing xbox than going for a run
