ive been reading different things about amino acids and could use some advice,
what is the best option for just an all_around good amino supplement i'm
not sure, things like: amino phase prototype216, or just like bullet proof type of powder, or like the one that has a 12 hour release what is god and works well. i dont know could use some guidence
also what do amino acids really do when lifting weights?

do not buy Pill form amino acid supplements, to get enough youd run out of a bottle in a few days. Good BCAA products In no order:
