just read through the log-i see where you stated confidence was up, that is one of my favorite effects-next to the libido increase. strength andgains gains were nice-but the libido and confidence boost were amazing.
I've totally been forgetting to talk about Motivate in my log....
I've been sticking to my guns of low stim use, despite my wanting to take 3-4 caps of this stuff....one cap just gives me that lift / nudge to scrape myself off the couch and get to the gym at night. Taking it around 6:30 on the late nights has not effect my sleep at all, and the dosing is low enough I get no crash. Just enough energy to get going, then the weights and the earphones take over, and I still have a little extra post workout to chase the rug rat around some more (my 11 month old daughter stays up till 10:30 every night - night owl like her pops I suppose - hence my constant exhaustion..get up at 6am, go till 11pm non stop).

Had a little trouble getting my motor running Saturday morning, at least on shoulder presses, weights were down on that movement...but I also did them first instead of starting with arms this week...I probably was quite warmed up enough.
Weight is still in the +2-3 area, though I feel bigger over the last week...I probably have dropped an Lb in my legs and picked it up in my upper body...the wife has comments seperately on my bicpes and my chest in the last few days..so something is working.
I think the 'alpha' bump is fading, probably just leveled out so I don't notice it as much, still feeling assertive and confident. Libido may finally be increasing a little.
I spent the rest of the weekend doing yardwork, attending a 3 yr olds birthday party, and getting ready for my daughters 1st Bday party next week (Hello Kitty in da house), which has left me feeling like I was hit by a truck...
Im eating what feels like an extra 500+ calories a day recently also, my appetite has been crazy, I literally now put peanut butter on everything to meet caloric goals / perceived needs...

This might be my only workout until Sunday, so I did Chest / Back / Legs to cover all my bases....

Pec Dek - 160lb x 12 x 3
Hammer Str - Dip Machine - 140lbs x failure x 2

Legs - Back is stillhurting, so no major weights..plus I am playing 18 holes with clients Friday, and have my daughters 1st bday party saturday, So I need my back the next few days...

I haven't checked my weight in a few days, I swear Im bigger, my chest and shoulders just feel thick...

In retrospect, doing Back and Bi's yesterday (Sunday), after spending the bulk of the previous 3 days getting ready for, having, and cleaning up after my daughters 1st Birthday party, I probably should have taken the day off...but, I went and today, I am DEAD.

Weight was up a little again, I've averaged +3-4lbs over the past few days (was +2-3 after week 2), so 4lbs despite laggin on my leg training is pretty good...(if I can't get back to heavy legs, my 'smallish' legs are gonna start to be chicken legs!!!)
Im so tired right now, I cannot comment on libido...
How's the diet been the last few days? It may be time for a nice, good refeed.
