Upright Row - 45lbs plate in each hand - 12 reps, 3 sets

Hammer Strength Iso Curl - 40 x 10 x 3

Had a little trouble getting my motor running Saturday morning, at least on shoulder presses, weights were down on that movement...but I also did them first instead of starting with arms this week...I probably was quite warmed up enough.
Weight is still in the +2-3 area, though I feel bigger over the last week...I probably have dropped an Lb in my legs and picked it up in my upper body...the wife has comments seperately on my bicpes and my chest in the last few days..so something is working.
I think the 'alpha' bump is fading, probably just leveled out so I don't notice it as much, still feeling assertive and confident. Libido may finally be increasing a little.
I spent the rest of the weekend doing yardwork, attending a 3 yr olds birthday party, and getting ready for my daughters 1st Bday party next week (Hello Kitty in da house), which has left me feeling like I was hit by a truck...
Im eating what feels like an extra 500+ calories a day recently also, my appetite has been crazy, I literally now put peanut butter on everything to meet caloric goals / perceived needs...

Day - 19
This is from Tuesday night...
This might be my only workout until Sunday, so I did Chest / Back / Legs to cover all my bases....
Flat Bench - 135 x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 6 x 2, 225 x 4
Incline DBs - 80 x 8 x 3
Pec Dek - 160lb x 12 x 3
Hammer Str - Dip Machine - 140lbs x failure x 2
Lat Pull Down - 140 x 10, 165 x 8 x 2
Hammer Str - Low Row - 140 x 10 x 3
Legs - Back is stillhurting, so no major weights..plus I am playing 18 holes with clients Friday, and have my daughters 1st bday party saturday, So I need my back the next few days...
Seated Leg Press - 300 x 8 x 3
Calf press - 240 x 12 x 3
I haven't checked my weight in a few days, I swear Im bigger, my chest and shoulders just feel thick...
Libido is up definitively.
Appetitie remains stupid high...I sat on the couch watching Modern Family spooning peanut butter into my mouth last night....

Day 25 (I think)
In retrospect, doing Back and Bi's yesterday (Sunday), after spending the bulk of the previous 3 days getting ready for, having, and cleaning up after my daughters 1st Birthday party, I probably should have taken the day off...but, I went and today, I am DEAD.
Lat Pull Downs (very wide) - 100 x 12, 145 x 10, 170 x 10 x 2, 170 x 8, 135 x 10
Narrow Mid Row (Nautils 'nitro' machine) - 140 x 10 x 3
Hammer Str - Pull over - 140 x 10 x 3
Hammer Preachers - 95 x 10 , 95 x 10, 95 x 6, 70 x 6, single arm ---> 45lbs x 10
Hammer Str - Iso Curl - 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 8, 40 x failure
Under hand grip machine row - 120lbs x 10 x 3
Did some calves as well....
Weight was up a little again, I've averaged +3-4lbs over the past few days (was +2-3 after week 2), so 4lbs despite laggin on my leg training is pretty good...(if I can't get back to heavy legs, my 'smallish' legs are gonna start to be chicken legs!!!)
Im so tired right now, I cannot comment on libido...

Final Update -
I ended up having to make a quick trip to Toronto for a job interview, and then the Memorial Day weekend came along, so my last 2-3 workout updates just got lost in the shuffle.
I was able to resume leg presses on my final week, and confortably pressed 500lbs, with no ill effects the next day.... so that is encouraging
My final upper body workouts saw gains in extra reps with my current weights, repping with 225 on bench is now a normal activity it seems (take THAT shoulder injury!), and I hope it stays that way off of Testopro (I'll update here if I see any thing decrease in the next 10 days.)
I saw all lifts increase during this 30 days (except legs of course). There was some progression made from recovering from a back injury, but even on things where my back was isolated out of the movement, I saw marked increases in stamina and strength. My training partner has even remarked that Im much more confident and smooth with heavier weights than I have used in months.
30 second intervals between sets has been just fine for me, all while increasing weights over the last month. Even when totally winded, my power seems to be where a 2 minute break would have put me prior.
I have put on what I feel is a lean 4 lbs in this month. Yes, I am coming back from a personal 4 year lightest weight as recent as february, but to be able to put on 4 lbs in any 30 day period is completely acceptable and impressive. Especially when there was no time to rest for me this month...Im so f-ing tired...
Testopro vs. the Others
Always hard to qualify one t-booster vs the next, but I'm about to try.....
If we judge things in terms of Anabolic (mass) vs. Androgenic (alpha feeling / lower fat), then this is how it goes:
Gains: Mass and Strength
Testopro vs. T-Force (Fadogia) - my gains were better on Testopro, but my libido was better on T-Force
Testopro vs. Activate Xtreme - my gains were better on Testopro, though I kinda think I felt a little more edgy on Activate
Testopro vs. Tbol - again, better gains on Testopro, but I literally felt more athletic in Tbol (I think I described it as feeling 10 yrs younger during a Tbol log)
Overall, I felt more 'anabolic' than the previous 3 I used, though I was not feeling as consistently 'alpha' as I was on the others. There was a 5-7 stint on Testopro where I did feel a libido increase, and I did feel more confident for a 2 week period, but I think the others edge it slightly, but my gains were better on Testopro.
Body comp / libido / energy
If I had to Rank the 4 on these alone, as a group, I'd rank them as follows:
1) T-Force - my libido was stupid high...just bonkers (but I didn't see any real changes physically)
2) Tbol - I just ' felt good ' on this, a weird energy I hadn't had in some time, probably gave the best 'leaning out' effect too
Tie - 3) Testopro / Activate - Both had their pluses in this department, but can't edge the first two.
So basically, I think my ideal alpha-male stack would be Fadogia plus Testopro, but if I were looking to run something with the main intent being gaining mass and strength, that wasn't hormonal, I'd probably run Testopro again..or have extended it to two bottles at a higher dosing. I'd like to try 40-50 days at 6 caps in the future.
Would also throw this into weeks 3-7 of a PCT as well if I were planning a cycle.

Good review, really put things in perspective with the comparisons. I feel Testopro comes out ahead as when it's all said and done the only thing you get to keep is the gains!

I like how you compare testopro with other testosterone boosters and the fact you made the best muscle gains on testopro ,that what testopro is made for muscle.
