I will try and log as best I can. Started TB this morning 30mg with another at 30 mg at 7pm for 1st week. dermacrine will start at 3rd week on TB cycle. Current weight after w/o was about 197 1/2 with shirt/shorts/shoes.

Turinabol-will update dosing-7am and 7pm
Dermacrine-will follow PP's directions-after w/o or before bed
Liver Juice-12 noon

supporting supps-Hawthorne Berry Extract Liquide-Omega 3,6,9-PP's Liver Juice-Glocusamine MSM, L-Carnitine-

PCT-Activate Extreme by DS, cortisol control(unsure), will continue with Liver Juice or regular Milk thistle depending on how much LV i have left.

Workout-M-F-8 a.m.
M-Chest-
T-Upper/middle Back/rear delts
W-Triceps/Biceps
Th-Quads/hamstrings
F-Front/Side Delts
S-Lats/Traps
I'm running 20mins after each w/o and abs are worked at least twice a week.

Diet-similiar everyday
Pre w/o-25 grams whey-25 grams oats
Post w/o-50 grams whey-50 grams oats-1 banana

1st solid meal-5 eggs whites-whole wheat bread-fruit
2nd meal-lean meat or poultry with rice or pasta
3rd meal-lean meat or poultry with rice or pasta-
4th meal pre-bed-30-50 grams whey/casein protein in water

I'll snack in between with either protein shake, PB sandwich, almonds etc.

any feed is welcomed.

I don't log my workouts, so going by memory here.

Workout-Front/Side delts
Standing Military press-155x2-last set
Dumb bell Press-80x5-last set
side laterals
front raises
Behind the neck presses
upright rows

I didn't take any N.O. stuff or caffeine. Felt good. good pump. energy was good. cardio was 25 min. on treadmill

Diet was clean except some cup cake and ice cream for my daughters bday.

Workout-I try and concentrate on lats/traps on saturday w/o's

Lats-Front lat pulldown-closegrip
Seat low pulley rows-close grip
standing straight arm pulldowns
Shrugs

Felt a bit more aggressive. went up in weight. trying to keep rest down, but worked out with friend, so chit chat was there. no real world records. good pump. didn't use any N.O. or caffeine prior.

I did gain 2 couple pounds from friday though. I was going down in weight. not sure if its the extra carbs at night or protein shake prior to bed.

Hunger is creeping up. I did have some goodies this weekend. pastries and pizza.

Shirts are strechting on my back. Hopefully my back is starting to come in.

nice thorough log mang, thus far, definitetly sub'd on this one, will probably run the same supps in mid june if i don't switch it up but i got them on deck already, i'm in pct mode right from a sd/1-t run and all went well, PP got some quality supps

Chest-I always switch up my w/o's. Chest is no exception. Some weeks i'll start with incline db press, other times hammer strength wide grip. I've been doing flat barbell press lately. I stopped for a while due to shoulder discomfort

Hammer Strength wide gress-360x5-last set(4-45's each side
flat barbell bench-135x10-185x8-225x5-235x5
Incline db press-30 degree-80x10-85x8-90x6-(drop sets-90x4-75x4-60x5)
super set cable flys with machine flys-3 sets each
incline smith machine-tried to bring to top of chest/neck as best i could-4 sets of 8-10 with 145lbs minus the 30lb bar difference

pre w/o-25 grams myofusion-25 grams oats-1 l-carnitine-3 l-arginine-1 L-citrulline.
chest was pumped up fast today. did 5 sets of tricep pushdowns. I started feeling sore around 5pm today
No sides that I can tell. felt a bit slow in gym, but got going after stretching and couple warm up sets. worked out with two other gym friends. No real surge in strength yet. haven't had any extreme fatigue. endurance good. finished with 15 min. on treadmill, 10 min. on rowing machine, 15 min. on elyptical-had to work off the pastries.

Not a great or bad w/o. focus was off, but I think due to my contacts. they needed to be changed, so I got some new contacts today. Wed. should be better. No sides that i can tell(no blood work). No fatigue, but no extreme aggression yet. energy was low early part of day, but had bad nights sleep. had to piss and tossed and turned. Not sure of weight. one scale said 198, the other 201. this is after my w/o clothed and pre w/o shake and water in me.

5/13/10 Day 14

I've felt lethargic the first few days of TB. i start week three on friday. week 1-60mg-week 2-75-weeks 3-6-90mg. also starting dermacrine friday. will do the 27 day cycle of it. will apply after my w/o, 4 hours after taking TB.

the 3rd day of TB, I started getting lethargic and a bit moody(mostly gym). after my w/o I would get sleepy and crash for an hour or two. this week has been better.

strength/aggression is started to increase. today I squatted 335x4(belt and ipod came off while squatting) and 335x5. energy is good and fatigue is almost non existence.

slowly gaing weight. nothing crazy. pants still fit the same. a littly lower ab fat, but I had that before from drinking every weekend and my diet was getting bad. actually better since I haven't been drinking. shirts are filling up in my upper back and shoulders.

Looks like some solid gains, but I don't see anything in your pct for estrogen control, I would recommend a serm or something easier to get a hold of resveratrol has worked wonders for me, used the topical sustain alpha, haven't gotten to try the lv version yet though.

don't think i'll need estrogen control. its a mild compound

I'm starting to see some good strength gains. No back or calf pumps even when i dont take Taurine. no real acne or oily skin on face or back. drive and strength is good during workouts. sometimes I do rest 2 or 3 minutes on heavy compound movements, but stamina is good when i dont. I'm noticing size on my shoulders and back more than anything. I haven't gone to heavy on triceps since my elbow is hurting, but bicep strength is increasing along with squats, back, and everything else.
