Ok First I would like to thank Jacob, Casey and Everyone at USPLABS for allowing me to beta test "PINK MAGIC" after following Casey's log as well as others I'm pretty stoked :head: I'll be doing this on a cut with some more help from usplabs in the form of OEP, Recreate, and Anabolic pump I'm looking forward to seeing what this stuff can do so here we go!
Goal
To gain as much muscle and shed as much bodyfat as possible I'm going to cut down to about 215 lbs right now I'm at about 222 lbs probly around 17% BF I havent measured yet but just guessing I'll try to get a measurement in the next couple days I really want to see what this stuff can do so I'll be going hard for the next month!
Supplements
Pink Magic - 2 3x daily
Recreate - 1 in am 1 in pm
OEP - 1 in am 1 in pm
Anabolic pump - 1 3X daily on non workout days 2X on workout days (cardio is a non workout day)
Super Cissus - 5-6 grams daily
Xtend - 4 to 8 servings daily depending on calorie needs
Powerfull - 3 pre workout 2 pre bed
Bulk 1Carboxy - 1 gram pre bed 2 grams pre fasted cardio
Pslin - 1 pre workout meal
Dominatp - Pre workout (will be switching to jacked once this is gone)
other supps - creatine, fish oil, Adam multi, Toco -8, CLA, EAA
Diet/Exercise
Calories will be about 300 - 600 below maintenance
40/40/20 raito carbs, protein, fat
Workout will be 3 day full body 5x5 using compound movements focusing on Squats, Deads, Barbell bench (all variations), Bent over Barbell rows, with some Iso work on the side.
Cardio will be three days a week fasted in the AM
