    Ok First I would like to thank Jacob, Casey and Everyone at USPLABS for allowing me to beta test "PINK MAGIC" after following Casey's log as well as others I'm pretty stoked I'll be doing this on a cut with some more help from usplabs in the form of OEP, Recreate, and Anabolic pump I'm looking forward to seeing what this stuff can do so here we go!



    Goal
    To gain as much muscle and shed as much bodyfat as possible I'm going to cut down to about 215 lbs right now I'm at about 222 lbs probly around 17% BF I havent measured yet but just guessing I'll try to get a measurement in the next couple days I really want to see what this stuff can do so I'll be going hard for the next month!

    Supplements
    Pink Magic - 2 3x daily
    Recreate - 1 in am 1 in pm
    OEP - 1 in am 1 in pm
    Anabolic pump - 1 3X daily on non workout days 2X on workout days (cardio is a non workout day)
    Super Cissus - 5-6 grams daily
    Xtend - 4 to 8 servings daily depending on calorie needs
    Powerfull - 3 pre workout 2 pre bed
    Bulk 1Carboxy - 1 gram pre bed 2 grams pre fasted cardio
    Pslin - 1 pre workout meal
    Dominatp - Pre workout (will be switching to jacked once this is gone)
    other supps - creatine, fish oil, Adam multi, Toco -8, CLA, EAA

    Diet/Exercise
    Calories will be about 300 - 600 below maintenance
    40/40/20 raito carbs, protein, fat
    Workout will be 3 day full body 5x5 using compound movements focusing on Squats, Deads, Barbell bench (all variations), Bent over Barbell rows, with some Iso work on the side.
    Cardio will be three days a week fasted in the AM


    Today is day one of the Pink Magic Everything else I've been running for a few weeks no workout today tomarrow will be my first workout with the pink stuff I'm gonna that shyt!

    yea this is my hardcore recomp stack I was out of the gym for like 6 months and have been back for about 7 weeks now strength is about where it was but I put on way to much fat so this stack should help the fat fly and the muscle grow!

    Yea I've got years of experience with everything except the oep and pinkmagic so I know how I respond to them but there should be some crazy synergy goin on with this stack fo sho just finished my first workout I will post when I get home

    this is the best workout I've had since my last run with prime about a year ago never done any PH/PS or AAS so thats pretty much all I have to compare it to but this felt like week 3 on prime and i'm on like day 4 and I'm cutting at least 300 cals under each day and this oep is making it hard to eat even that much

    still having some slight headaches yesterday it was like all day coming and going could be allergies or somthing it just started like wed and and thurs was the only day it really bothered me other than that nothing else really my face right around my nose and under my eyes seem more oily than usual libido is high but thats pretty normal

    quick update for as hard as I pushed myself yesterday I thought I would be dead today but hell I feel like I didnt even lift yesterday crazy I thought for sure it would be tough to move let alone walk but I feel like a million $ I'm definitely noticing more oily skin on my face no acne but I never get it anyway and as far as libido I guess it is higher than normal I guess I didnt notice it cause its usually pretty high anyway but my GF asked me this morn what I was takin cause she's having to beat me off with a stick......... umm yea I just said that

    okay today was weigh in and the scale said 222.5 which is .5 lb more than I weighed last sunday and I'm cutting 300-600 cals a day and have been for a few weeks which I've lost at least 2 lbs a week and by looking in the mirror I would have said I lost about 4-5 lbs judging by body composition but i'm .5 lbs heavier

    mood very aggressive in the gym I was feeling a PR coming but I'll have to wait till friday maybe but I should be able to get a PR on the BB rows gonna go for 205*3 weight is up from last friday's workout today is cardio and tomarrow's workout will get cut short but its deadlifts so I'll just go extra hard on those cause I wont have time to get much Iso work done

    Body composition is changing daily every day I wake up and I get leaner this was my goal but I thought I would be at about 215lbs to get this lean but I've put on so much muscle that my weight hasnt changed much I'm actually about .5 lb heavier than when I started pink magic I'm sure muscle memory has a little bit to do with it but the difference in the way I look and feel even within the last week is very dramatic I wish I wouldve taken before pics now but I was kinda embarrassed at how much fat I gained over the winter dont get me wrong I've still got a ways to go but if the next 3 weeks go as well as the last week on Pink magic it should be very interesting to say the least

    Libido is through the freaking roof my GF runs from me when I get home from work

    recovery pretty good considering my diet (cutting) if I keep leaning up like this i'm gonna have to increase cals a little cause my workouts are pretty taxing

    well the deadlifts certainly took its toll on me I was pretty well spent after those but grinded it out through the rest of my workout hit a PR on deads my grip was starting to slip on the last 2 sets cause I was sweatin so bad I might have to get some baby powder to help with that

    pretty good I can feel the affects of the calorie defict starting to get to me even though my numbers are up from last week I am feeling a bit overtrained so I'll take a much deserved day off tomarrow my last day off was last tuesday so I'll add some extra bcaa/eaa's and maybe some extra protein to my diet tomarrow to help the recovery hopefully I'll get rested up and ready for another PR on friday

    ok so this is puzzling me since I started Pink magic my weight has gone up about a full pound but I'm cutting calories about 300-600 a day I havent changed my diet at all for the 3 weeks I was cutting before starting Pink magic I was losing at least 2 lbs a week and now I've gained 1 lb I'm weighing my self at the same time with just boxers on which is first thing in the morning after eating breakfast now my body composition has really changed alot since starting Pink magic and I'm not complaining but dont ya think it's kinda strange

    weight 223lbs well I still am not losing weight so I'm gonna reduce calories a minimum of -600 a day that means I'm at 2350 net cals a day I've gained 1 lb in the last 2 weeks and I've been eating about 2450 - 2550 net cals a day for the last month which is 400 - 500 cals below maintenance for me

    supplements a few changes I'm runnin out of dominatp which is sad because I really enjoyed this especially mixed with jacked half a serving each with a little extra luecine is a killer preworkout mix jacob if you ever find it in your heart to bring this back I would totally buy it any who swtiching to jacked and out of recreate so oep is dosed 2 in the a.m. 1 in p.m. everything else is unchanged

    well after wednesday's workout I had to drive my delivery truck like 80 miles on the interstate and it's like operating a jack hammer and then had to carry this big heavy ass lighted sign thats going on the outside of our new building for my business and between all that I managed to strain my neck pretty bad it's been real stiff almost like I've got whiplash this is pissing me off sooooo bad I was unable to lift yesterday went and saw a chiropractor and got an adjustment I'm keeping heat on it in hopes that it will be good to go on monday


    on another note my weight has finally droped I'm at 220.8 as of yesterday

    My neck is feeling better today gonna go lift and I'll post my workout when I get home


    Weight is down again to 219.8 my goai wasto get down to 220lbs by the end of my run with pink magic and I've lost 3 lbs this week a little much but hell I didnt lose anything for like the last 3 weeks I just hope my strength hasnt suffered but we shall see

    strength was good a little better than last monday my last set of bench went easier than last week squats were also easier on my last set


    it feels as though i pinched a nerve in my neck I can feel it in my middle back and in my trap on my right side made it through the workout fine it took a while to loosen it up but once it got loose it was good but now its tightening up a bit I'll keep heat on it and hope it goes away

    ok so my pain in my neck went to a pain in my back and got to an unbearable point yesterday to where I went to a chiropractor and it turns out I popped a rib head out and it was sticking in my muscle it felt like someone was stabbing me in the back but as soon as he popped it back in it was like someone lifted a semi truck off my right shoulder it's still pretty tender probly bruised but hopefully it will heal up and I can lift this week I'm gonna take it easy tomarrow but try to get back in for friday

    thanks man this **** is not fun its really inflamed I'm gonna have to switch my workouts around to compensate I should be ok for bench and squats but deads and Rows are probly gonna be dropped for some Iso work I'll probly go with squats 3x a week and some light cable work for my lats but we'll see how it goes

    on another note I've been kinda waiting to post this but I think its time when I started this log I was on my way back to getting in shape I had been out of the gym for about 9 months and in that time I did not do much physical labor or much to keep my body in shape my body fat went higher than ever in my life along with my weight now Ive never been a very lean guy under 10% BF is lean for me and I've only been there a few times but as of the start of this log I was @ 26% body fat this was very dissapointing to me and I was determined to get that down to a respectable level as of sunday my bodyfat is down to 16.5% with a weight loss of about 8 lbs I'm sure there was some water in there somewhere but thats pretty remarkable I think and as far as strength goes I'm pretty much back to where I was prior to my hiatus I have no doubt that pink magic is not onlly responsible for my strength coming back so quickly but it has also had a great deal to do with my recomposition and carido has been pretty much nonexsistent for the last 2 weeks after cutting calories for the last 6 weeks I still feel stronger every session well thats all for now

    my back is feeling a little better but I dont know if lifting would be a good idea tomarrow might just let it rest or I might just go in and do a light workout and just avoid compound movements all together

    I am also gonna up my dose of Super cissus to 10 grams a day to help the healing process this stuff is really helping me its like each time i take it the pain subsides for a while I just hope this biatch gets healed quick I've got progress to make!
