Chest, shoulders, tris and circuit Workout
Bench press- 7 sets, 1 set with chains
Incline DB press- 4 sets
Dumbbell Clean & press- 4 sets
Overhead db extentions- 4 sets
Tire flips- 1 min
Sledge hammer- 30 sec
Ball press throws- 30 sec
Plyo push ups side to side- 30 sec
Repeat 3 times
Post workout- 3 (tbsp) Gatorade

Sleep Time and Quality-
- 6/10 May have increased a bit, I havn't done much cardio for 2 weeks and I seem to feel better doing the circuit then last time.
Strength- 6/10 Bench press went up 5lbs, but I believe this is from the big cal increase
Quality of Training- 10/10 Awesome workout today
Pump and Vascularity- 10/10 Vascularity is the most noticed thing from pink magic
Muscle Hardness/ - 8/10 lookin thicker
Body Composition and Look- 9/10 bulking is goin good
Appetite- 8/10 Very hungry
Overall Sense of Feeling- 8/10 Feel great
I took the weekend off to rest.
Had a great workout today, tomorrow I'm going to kickboxing. Shoulder is feeling sore all week and seems to be feeling more and more painfull.
I ordered Super Cissus from nutra a few days ago and should be here sometime this week, I CANT WAIT FOR MY CISSUS!, I was hard being off of Super Cissus for 2 months, now I can't wait to be back on!
I'm very interested to see how Pink magic works this week.
