    20min before meal 1- 1 cap of Glycobol, 1 cap of Super Cissus

    Meal 1- Protein bar, 2 fruit bars

    Pre-workout- 4 caps of Pink Magic, 1 cap of Super Cissus, 2 scoops of Nos Ether

    Chest, Shoulders, Tri's and Circuit
    Bench Press- 5 sets, 2 new PR's 225lbs 5 reps and 245lbs 1 rep
    Incline DB press- 4 sets
    Overhead DB extentions- 3 sets
    Overhead db Press- 5 sets

    Circuit
    Tire flips 1 min
    Sledge hammer 1 min
    Ball throws(at wall) 1 min
    Plyo-Pushup circuit 1 min
    Repeat 3 times

    Post workout- 3 (tbsp) of Gatorade, 1 cap of Super Cissus

    Meal 2- 4 scoops of Weight Gainer protein mixed with froozen fruit

    Meal 3- 8 homemade Perogies, 2 slices of Multi-grain bread with garlic and cheese

    Meal 4- Cereal

    Meal 5- 6 perogies

    Meal 6- Almonds and Juice, 2 caps of Pink Magic

    Pink Magic with out a doubt is boosting my muscle endurance
    Strength- 12/10 Just amazing, I went up 5lbs last week on bench and this week I went up 20lbs:|

    Pump and Vascularity- 10/10 Very High, awesome Pumps
    Muscle Hardness/Density- 8/10 Very good for eating so much more

    Thermogenic effects- 5/10 seems like there is a lot more sweating, but this may be the 18 pounds gained in 3 weeks....so maybe all the added water in me.
    Recovery- 8/10 There is def an increase in recovery inbetween sets and rounds

    Overall Sense of Feeling- 9/10 Feeling so good, loving Pink Magic!

    Mental Alertness/Focus- no change
    Energy- 5/10 Not to much, also didn't have any caffeine
    Motivation- 10/10 Motivation very high
    Mood/Aggression- 8/10 good

    Joints- no change
    Endurance- 10/10 I'm feeling a big muscle endurance increase from pink magic
    Strength- 10/10 Feeling more punching power with the weight gain and Pink Magic strength boosting effects
    Quality of Training- 8/10 Pretty good workout
    Pump and Vascularity- 8/10 Good Pumps
    Muscle Hardness/Density- 8/10 Very good for eating so much more

    Muscle Hardness/Density- 7/10 everything is getting harder except the stomach, but I'm far off a strict diet, so I don't care.
    Body Composition and Look- 9/10 Shoulders, arms, chest, back all look much thicker now, some muscle some fat, main thing is my strength, endurance and size has gone up like I wanted, also loving the added strength in kickboxing.
    Thermogenic effects-
    Recovery- 8/10
    Recovery inbetween sets and rounds are very good
    Appetite- 10/10 So hungry
    Overall Sense of Feeling- 9/10 Feeling great!

    Notes
    Great back workout today, all lifts went up a bit and feeling great, tomorrow will be a rest day if my lower back is still feeling sore, if not then I will go to Wrestling.

    My knee was hurting a little before but On my last round I pulled a triangle and I squeezed really hard and my knee just got really sore. I never had that happen before, it may be over stressed from training this week, not sure, but I could barely walk for 2 days, today(Day 26) it feels a little better, I can walk now but still lots of pain to bend it.

    I'm gonna take it easy untill it feels better, Tuesday I will workout Chest and Back. I just hope it's nothing serious and it gets better.

    Pink Magic Final Review
    Endurance- 9/10 I noticed a Pretty good increase in muscle endurance during the circuits I do from Pink Magic. I wasn't expecting a big endurance increase but it was evedent.

    Strength- 9/10 May be one of the strongest things noticed with Pink Magic, great strength gains, I beat some PR's and every week got better and better, would love to see someone run this for a couple months to see the limits of Pink Magic for Strength gains.


    Pump and Vascularity- 9/10 Vascularity and Pumps were off the hook, kinda felt like a NOS type supplement for Pumps, all day good vascularity, but on off days of Pink Magic my veins didn't come out as much.


    Body Composition and Look- 8/10 My main goal was to just get bigger and thicker, didn't really care about body fat, diet wasn't very clean. I gained a very good amount of size with the high cals and Pink def assisted.


    Recovery- 8/10 After 2 weeks recovery kept getting better and better, completly fueled again with in a min inbetween sets and rounds, very impressed.



    Overall 8.5/10 Felt great the whole time, not 1 bad workout on Pink Magic I give this a 8.5 out of 10, a great supplement, would love to see what this could do at 8 caps a day, maybe stacked with prime for a couple months .


    These are all the things I have experienced with Pink Magic.


    Weight- 190lbs, Gained 13 pounds
    Arms- 15 3/4th inches, half inch gained
    Waist- 35 inches, 2 inches gained
    Legs- 24 1/8th inches, 1 inch gained

    Pink Magic will have 180 caps instead of the 150 caps tested and it will be reccomended to use 8 caps on workout days.

    Who does that? Beta test at a lower dose and then sell to the public at a higher dose.....wow
