Day 1
1 cap of %#(*@) by #(@*%$$ at 5:00 pm.
5:30 pm, kicking in pretty good. Not too strong but feeling real good.
No jitters, able to focus quite well.
Work out was very solid!!
Went for a 2 mile run, when I returned home my mind and body wanted to keep going but my lungs were saying **** that, lol. I haven't run in 4 months so it's like starting again for the first time.

Gonna hit 2 caps today.
