    Fracking awesome back workout this morning. I was raging!

    Pump: I love the pump I get with back. Growing some wings!

    Endurance: I was doing 4-5 sets of each workout. I was amped!

    Energy: Through the roof. the ASGT lit a fire in me. haha

    Libido: 9 hours

    Strength: I avoided using hooks this morning. I was loving the strength.

    Sides: Huge Lat Pumps!

    I have never done rack pulls before, but it felt good to mix it up. Been seeing them a lot in logs around here, so I decided to give them a try.

    I had to keep reminding myself that there was a rack below me.

    Rackpulls are great, but they're so damn obnoxious. They're one of those things that are great when you're doing them, but it's just loud if someone else is doing it.

  7. 26Apr Chest/Abs Day


    2 scoops of ASGT 45 mins before getting off work, then off to the gym.

    Iso-Lateral Incline Press: 90x15, 180x12, 270x10, 295x8, 360x6, 360x5

    DB Press: 75x10, 75x10, 75x10, 85x8

    Incline DB Press: 70x10, 75x8, 80x8, 85x6

    Incline DB Flyes: 55x8, 55x8, 55x8, 55x6

    Butterfly Press:90x8, 90x8, 90x8, 75x8

    Weighted Ab Crunches: 180x15, 180x15, 187.5x15, 192.5x12

    I did some cardio and abs this weekend, so I didn't hit my abs too hard yesterday. Another great chest day though. Those Iso's are still killing me. I cannot go nearly as heavy on the other exercises when I hit those first.

    I looks like I only have a few days left in my bottle. It is gonna be a sad day. Not looking forward to no ASGT.


    Pump: The Iso's really get the blood pumping. Felt great.

    Endurance: Although my strength dropped after the Iso's, I still felt like killing the rest of the workout.(same as last week)

    Energy: For only getting 3 hours of sleep last night, I was feeling great. I love my ASGT! (same as last week)

    Libido: Good times this weekend,

    Strength: Although the Iso's got me pretty good, I still got a nice burn in the other sets.

    Sides. Sweat, sweat, sweat, every workout.

    Laying Leg Curls: 100x10, 110x8, 120x6, 120x6

    Tomorrow looks like the last 2 scoops of ASGT! Noooooo!! I better make my shoulders earn it.


    Legs were toast after the workout. I wanted to throw in some weighted farmers lunges at the end, but didn't have enough time.
    Still got a nice burn in though.

    Pump: The pump in my quads/hams was pretty crazy, almost painful(in a good way of course).

    Endurance: Still had more in the tank. I hate work! Always getting in the way.

    Energy: Always gets the job done. Better than a cup of coffee in the morning.

    Libido: I wont be seeing my wife until next Thursday, but we will be in Vegas...

    Strength: Nothing too crazy. Reps were a little higher on some sets, and rest periods were down. Gotta keep that heart rate up!

    Sides. Awesome workout.

    Dirty Dozens(superset 2 Hang Cleans/2 Cleans/2 Clean and Jerks. Repeat, for a total of 12 reps: 85, 115, 115

    DB Shrugs: 90x10, 95x10, 100x8, 100x8, 100x8

    I still have about 1 more scoop of ASGT left, so it looks like I'll be using it for arms tomorrow!
    Had a great workout this morning. Really felt the delts working.

    Pump: Good shoulder pump. Those I Am Legends really wake up the delts

    Endurance: Great. I have power the entire time. The Dirty Dozens were pretty brutal, but I got though em.

    Energy: Wide awake, and ready to smash the weights!

    Libido: 8 days...

    Strength: I was pretty happy with the military presses. Nothing mind blowing, but I could really feel the contraction of the delts.

    Sides. Awesome workout yet again.

    Well today was the last of my ASGT. Sigh! I took the remaining 1.5 scoops and hit the gym.


    Floor Chin-ups: 4 sets of 10

    This morning was one of the better arm workouts I have had in a while. My arms were crazy pumped, and I got some really good contractions.
    I didn't do very many Tri exercises, but they were still toast. The 6 sets of pressdowns really killed em.

    Pump: Awesome pump this morning. Veins were popping out everywhere.

    Endurance: I had to go past 4 sets on several exercises. Felt like I still had some in the tank.

    Energy: Through the roof.

    Libido: 1 week till Vegas. Feeling pretty high right now.

    Strength: I kept powering though more sets than I planned on doing.

    Sides. Sore Arms!

    I will be working on my final review, and hopefully it will be up by the end of the day. Tomorrow's back day is gonna suck!

  27. Final Review


    Well my bottle of ASGT is empty and in the trash can, so I looks like I need to move on and wright my final review. I will be rating it on a 1-10 scale.

    Taste:7/10: ASGT is not the best tasting PWO I have tried, but definitely not the worst, plus I never care about the taste of a product as long as it works. I have heard from many that it is leaps and bounds better than the original AS. I will not be using this in my overall score because it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product.

    Pump: 8/10: Although ASGT is not really a pump product, I did get some nice vascularity and pumps during my workouts. Pumps are not really what I look for in a PWO either. I want something that pushes my workouts to a new level, and ASGT definitely did this.

    Endurance: 10/10: This was one of my favorite aspects of ASGT. From the start of my workout, to the very last set, my endurance was awesome. I was adding sets and reps on almost all my workouts. Many times i still had gas in the tank after the session.

    Energy: 10/10: This was where ASGT really sines. The energy/focus/drive I got from this stuff was through the roof. I wake up pretty early to hit the gym before work, and ASGT always woke me right up. 45 mins after drinking, I could not to smash the weights. In the gym I felt a huge increase in focus. It was like I had blinders on, and it was just me and the weights. I even stopped bringing my headphones because I would not hear the music while lifting. I would zone out and lift.

    Libido: This one is kindda hard to rate. I did feel a good about of aggression on ASGT, and I am sure its because of its SERM/SARM complex, but I don't really know how it affected my libido. Since I only see the wife on weekends, my libido is already pretty high come Friday.

    Strength: 9/10: The strength increase I got from ASGT was a gradual smooth increase. I did not smash too many PR's, but was able to hit more sets with more reps, with better form and contraction. I could really feel all the muscles I was working. Because I am currently on a cut with minimal carbs and lowers cals, my strength was going down a little. ASGT helped me stay strong on my lifts, and actually improve on many as well.

    Sides:10/10: The only side I experienced while on ASGT was a increase in sweat. This is an awesome side. It means I was putting out with more intensity, and burning more cals! If only all supps had sides like this.

    Overall score: 9.4

    ASGT is a solid PWO plus some. It has all the makings of a PWO product plus T-boosting, E-controlling, and much more. Nothing out there really compares to it, and its price cannot be beat. I highly recommend ASGT, it has become a staple of my stash.
