Appearance: Looks very professional, looks like a great staple combo!


Smell: The Greens have a nice mint smell to it, and the Fish Oil really didn't smell like anything.


Taste: Best Greens I have ever tried, very easy to take down and the Fish Oil was also easy to swallow and no fish brups!


Mixability: Greens mixed right away!


Profile: Looks like a very nice spectrum of ingredients and I'm looking very forward on seeing how I feel with the Greens. I've never been able to consistantly take any other Greens supplement because the taste is so gross, but this stuff tastes good!

Notes
I have been off for a week from being sick and having strep throat, but did Chest, tri's, shoulders, Abs and Cardio yesterday and a workout today and some how felt much stronger! This week will be abit of Weights, Cardio and MMA training.

Next week will be focused a lot on Grappling because I have a No-GI Grappling competition coming up April 24th in the Welterweight division 170lbs. Last year I was 195lbs but I was out for awhile from a shoulder injury and it's been about 3 months of hard workouts and I'm ready to compete, never competed at welterweight before, so should be fun, I feel very strong at this weight class.

Notes
Todays workout really sucked, somethings up with my foot, I just need to rest it for a couple days, it was hurting really bad to just walk let alone try and squat or run. I just kinda gave up today, I'll give it a couple days to heal. I prob won't do to much running this month, I'll try to add in some swimming. I'm not focusing on my diet to much right now, my weight was 172lbs this morning, I will make weight easy, starting April 1st when I add in HGH UP, Glycobol and Black cats I will have a good diet and add some more protein and Carbs in.

What happened to your foot?

Shoes suck, man. They weaken your foot. People spend all day strapped in 'supportive' shoes, and the muscles and connective tissue of the feet weaken, and feet get larger/spread out.

Try wearing flat sandals or going barefoot, and watch your feet get healthier and smaller as they strengthen back up. It happened to me when I started judo: the 6 hours a week barefoot on an 'unstable' mat really, really helped my feet out.

Well, right now my feet are really flat and even look like they are curved on a weird angle. I went and saw a foot specialist, and he said it's the 2nd worse flat feet he's ever seen. They're pretty big to, Size 14. It may have been from skateboarding a lot when I was younger, I did it all the time from ages 7-15 and for some reason I used to jump off things for fun when I was younger.

They only started bothering me 4 years ago, it was after a workout where I did a lot of skipping. It hurt for about 2 years, then I started taking Super Cissus and it ended up going away after a month. Then I took Super Cissus for a year with barely any foot pain and then it came back out of no where. I don't know maybe my body got used to Cissus, since I didn't cycle it.
So I ended up dropping Cissus for a month now.

I walk on barefeet a lot, for my Wrestling, grappling and kickboxing classes I go barefoot, it hasn't seem to change anything. The specialist says I shouldn't be doing any running or hard impact on my feet, but it's kinda hard to avoid it.

Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, but theres no way I can do back, I may have a rest day, or might try swimming or kickboxing not sure, I'll see how I feel tomorrow I guess.

Sorry for not logging the last few days have had a bad stomach flu, Feeling a little better tonight, will see how I feel tomorrow. Had a good fast run, try to sweat out the sickness. Got a bottle of Purple Wraath today so looking forward on how it helps my workouts, I like the BA in it, seems to work better then Xtend does, will test out tomorrow. Gonna try to do some hard conditioning and Grappling tomorrow, hopefully the stomach is done acting up.

Well theres something wrong with my foot, I have had pain in my foot for abit now but in a diff spot, it felt better yesterday thats why I decided to run but it's been killing since I woke up and out of the middle of no where it started making a weird feeling like something is torn, not sure, feels like bubble wrap every step and very sore.

So won't be doing any cardio or kickboxing for abit, but I will be focusing on lots of Grappling, because today I found out I got the competition dates wrong:O, it's the damn 17th FACEPALM!!!!!!!, So I'll be getting as much grappling in as I can.

Thanks! and yes I did end up trying it, didn't taste to good in the protein shake, but the protein I got right now tastes like ****, so it may taste better in a strawberry protein.

Doesn't taste to good mixed with Purple Wraath and Nos Ether. It seems to taste great just with water. I am also curious to see how it would taste with Gatorade, I will try the Gatorade mixed with the Oxi-mega greens most likely after weigh ins saturday morning.

Well I trained my ****in ass off for this tournement and I get a message 17 hours before weigh ins that the BCG Team Bushido Grappling Championship is cancelled.....17 ****IN HOURS?????????????????? SO ****IN PISSED:mad:
Dam man!!! Keep you chin up!!! This is a learning curve baby!!! you'll plow through this and take what you have learned and apply it towards the next event. . . :AR15firing:

Ya, It's pretty disappointing, but there's another tourny in june I believe. Apparently the team bushido one is going to have the postponed tournament in 3-4 weeks, but I don't think I will enter it because I'd rather not have a chance of that happening again. Our team is putting together some amateur MMA fight in july, so I will prob compete in that too.

But as for now me competing at 170 isn't gonna happen. No way I'm staying on a low cal diet anymore. I'm gonna prob go up to 195 again where my body wants to be, and compete in middleweight comps and fights that come up.

I took some pics yesterday since I'm gonna be eating a lot now, so I figured I would show the Day 1 and Day 25 of the Oxi-mega log because I will not be as lean after all these carbs lol.

Before Day 1 174lbs- Arms 15 inches, Waist 33 inches, Legs 23 inches

After Day 25 170lbs- Arms 15 inches, Waist 32 1/4th inches, Legs 23 inches

Also to add I was much more Pumped in the before pic, The after pic was about 20min after a Heavy Bag workout.
