    Sorry for not logging the last few days have had a bad stomach flu, Feeling a little better tonight, will see how I feel tomorrow. Had a good fast run, try to sweat out the sickness. Got a bottle of Purple Wraath today so looking forward on how it helps my workouts, I like the BA in it, seems to work better then Xtend does, will test out tomorrow. Gonna try to do some hard conditioning and Grappling tomorrow, hopefully the stomach is done acting up.

    Well theres something wrong with my foot, I have had pain in my foot for abit now but in a diff spot, it felt better yesterday thats why I decided to run but it's been killing since I woke up and out of the middle of no where it started making a weird feeling like something is torn, not sure, feels like bubble wrap every step and very sore.

    So won't be doing any cardio or kickboxing for abit, but I will be focusing on lots of Grappling, because today I found out I got the competition dates wrong:O, it's the damn 17th FACEPALM!!!!!!!, So I'll be getting as much grappling in as I can.

    Thanks! and yes I did end up trying it, didn't taste to good in the protein shake, but the protein I got right now tastes like ****, so it may taste better in a strawberry protein.

    Doesn't taste to good mixed with Purple Wraath and Nos Ether. It seems to taste great just with water. I am also curious to see how it would taste with Gatorade, I will try the Gatorade mixed with the Oxi-mega greens most likely after weigh ins saturday morning.

    Weight- 167.6 pounds ( so from not having much to eat the day before I lost a good amount of water, just wanted to test this to make sure I wake up around 169lbs the day of the comp.)

  23. Ya, It's pretty disappointing, but there's another tourny in june I believe. Apparently the team bushido one is going to have the postponed tournament in 3-4 weeks, but I don't think I will enter it because I'd rather not have a chance of that happening again. Our team is putting together some amateur MMA fight in july, so I will prob compete in that too.

    But as for now me competing at 170 isn't gonna happen. No way I'm staying on a low cal diet anymore. I'm gonna prob go up to 195 again where my body wants to be, and compete in middleweight comps and fights that come up.

    I took some pics yesterday since I'm gonna be eating a lot now, so I figured I would show the Day 1 and Day 25 of the Oxi-mega log because I will not be as lean after all these carbs lol.
