    Day 23

    Supplements- 2 caps of Orange OxiMega Fish Oil & 1 scoop of Orange OxiMega Greens, 3 caps of HGH UP, half a scoop of Purple Wraath

    20min before meal 1- 2 caps of Glycobol

    Meal 1- 1 Extra lean hamburger with multi-grain buns, Multi-grain Nutragrain bar

    Pre-workout- 1 cap of Black cats, 1.5 scoops of Purple Wraath, 1.5 scoops of Nos Ether, half an ATP Tab

    Strength and Conditioning
    Heavy Tire Flips 1min
    Sledge hammer 1 min
    Heavy ball slams 1 min
    Repeat 3 times (as fast as I can with 30 secs rest inbetween rounds)

    Ya, It's pretty disappointing, but there's another tourny in june I believe. Apparently the team bushido one is going to have the postponed tournament in 3-4 weeks, but I don't think I will enter it because I'd rather not have a chance of that happening again. Our team is putting together some amateur MMA fight in july, so I will prob compete in that too.

    But as for now me competing at 170 isn't gonna happen. No way I'm staying on a low cal diet anymore. I'm gonna prob go up to 195 again where my body wants to be, and compete in middleweight comps and fights that come up.

    I took some pics yesterday since I'm gonna be eating a lot now, so I figured I would show the Day 1 and Day 25 of the Oxi-mega log because I will not be as lean after all these carbs lol.

    I did a whole body circuit, mostly upper body, knee felt a little sore so wanted to stay away from legs. I have over done the food a little to much, up 8 pounds in 4 days, gonna drop the cals to about 2800 and see how it goes, will up the cals when the weight stops going up.

    30 Day Orange OxiMega Greens and Fish Oil Review!!!
    Appearance: 10/10 Looks very professional
    Smell: 10/10 Greens smell great and the Fish oil has no smell
    Taste: 10/10 Greens taste awesome, best tasting greens mix ever!
    Mixability: 10/10 Great!
    Profile: 10/10 Great list of ingredients in both the Greens and Fish oil
    Energy- 10/10 Energy felt very high while on Greens
    Endurance- 7/10 I feel these staples may have helped in increasing Cardio as well.
    Body Composition and Look- 8/10 I feel with a low cal diet and this combo def assisted with leaning.
    Appetite- 7/10 Overall Greens helped hunger craving a bit.
    Overall Sense of Feeling- 10/10 The Greens and Fish oil complex is a very good combo, I will be buying more Fish Oil and using it as a staple and I will buy OxiMega Greens again for next time I try to cut.
