Yeah I think HGhpro help him with size and especially sleep which contributes to recovery, which is a major key in bodybuilding.

James has come a long way since Ive known him for a good six years. You can't expect short guys to weigh a lot unless they look like mass monsters at 3.5 - 4.0 per square inch. His stats say 5'5.
