Hello all!!

Tomorrow I am going to begin the Natabolic Stack. I plan on following as instructed seeing as I have never tried anything like this before. The plan is 6 weeks of Natadrol followed by 4 weeks of Formadrol all the while using Ghenerate. Tomorrow I will post a little history, stats, diet, workout, etc......and I plan on putting up some pics. Like I said I have never tried anything like this but have heard good things so I am very excited!!

A little Background

Okay, I just wanted to give a little background of myself. I have been lifting on and off for about 8 years but have just recently really began to dial it in and take things a little more seriously. I'm 5'11" and right around 192.....I'm going to get an exact weight tonight at the gym.

My diet will consist of about 3800 calories on non workout days with about 300g of protein and 280g carbs. On workout days I'll be at around 4300 calories with about 375g protein and 360g carbs.

I'll be doing a 5 day split consisting of:

Day 1 Shoulders
Day 2 Bicep and Triceps
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Chest
Day 6 Back
Day 7 Rest

My goal is to add size and strength. I took a couple pics today but have to wait until I get a new cord for my camera so I can post them. So probably a few days.

The only other supps I'll be on are

Multi
Fish Oil
Pre wo - NO Shotgun
Post wo- Protein Shake
Creatine - might continue with this for a week or so. We'll see...any suggestions are welcome:)

Oh and I plan on just following the suggested recommendations for dosage...

Natadrol
2/2 for 1 week
2/2/2 for 5 weeks

I may turn it into a 8 week cycle and run 8 the last two weeks but we'll see how everything goes.

Ghenerate

Standard 5 days a week; 2 doses a day

Formadrol

Standard 4 week PCT

I felt great today, good pump and lots of energy. I account most of that to the fact its in the mid 60's and sunny in Michigan in the middle of March. The Ghenerate didn't taste as bad as I thought it might, so that was a nice surprise. Anyways, we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

My energy levels are definitely up and I was very happy with my intensity and focus throughout the entire workout.

Another good workout. I haven't felt any noticeable differences so far except my intensity seems to be better throughout the entire workout. But I'm only 3 days in :)

I felt really good today. One thing I have noticed is I can still feel my pump hours after I get out of the gym. Also I feel like I'm a little more cut and have better muscle hardness. Yesterday was an off day so nothing new to report there....Wednesday I go to 2/2/2 dosing schedule.

One thing I've noticed is I seem to be sweating a lot more than normal. Even with doing no cardio I'm sweating like a pig....One more day and then I go to 2/2/2 dosage. I feel great during my workout though....my motivation and intensity are very high....I really look forward to my workout. Tomorrow is an off day... I might do a short jog if the weather is nice.

Today was my first day dosing 2/2/2....I'm definitely starting to feel the effects more. I'm lifting heavier for more sets than I have before. The recovery is great too... I don't know if thats the Ghenerate or the Nataradol or a combination of the two. Also I came in at 191 lbs. 7 days in.....so a 2 lb increase

I had an off day yesterday and today I'm doing legs. I'm very happy with my progress so far... Im only a week and a half in and I see definite changes. I will take some progress pics on Wednesday and post them. I feel great...my workouts and pumps very good. I'm trying to stay in check with my diet, but somedays I think I'm just not eating enough....I am eating nice and clean though. But I put on 2 lbs and I know it can't be fat. Well off to work :)

Been taking Natadrol for 4 weeks good gains in strength so far but as far as body weight gains hmmm debatable.Going to up my dosage from 6 to 8 this week been doing

Yeah I'm considering bumping up to 8 after another week.....It will be interesting to see where my weight is on Wednesday...if I gained another couple pounds I'll be very happy. My strength is definitely the biggest difference I've seen so far, libido the same.

Nice...I'll be curious to see how you like the Tren 13. I've made the decision to roll with 8 caps after this week. Hopefully the difference is as big as everyone says it is.

Another thing...I have been using NO Shotgun for my pre workout. I have probably another week or so left of this. I'm open to any suggestions on any other pre-workout drinks. It's not that I'm not happy with it...just want to try something different. Thanks!!!

Actually I was just reading that thread. I think I'm going to try it out...it sounds sweet!! I'm actually just got involved with selling supplements...my partner has sold NO shotgun as his pre-workout staple for a while. I don't mind it but I feel like theres got to be something better out there. That's why I'm trying out and keeping progress of the natabolic stack, I'm thinking that will be a big seller.

3/29 Day 13 Pic Updates

Okay, I won't have my camera tomorrow so I'm going to post pic updates today.

The first pics (left side) were taken on 3-16 and the right side were today. I wish I would have taken a pic of me flexing on 3-16 just to see any difference there. But I'll do that from here on out. I'll take the next pics of April 13. This will be after dosing to 8 caps a day so hopefully they'll be even better.

I also will check my weight tomorrow.

Nice! I can't wait... I'll be getting some Anadraulic State GT tomorrow so I can't wait to incorporate that with the Nataradol and Ghenerate. I want to make the most out of these next six weeks!!

3-30 Day 14

Today was an off day so not much to report. My weight came in at 190 so I lost a pound since last week. Overall I'm up a pound, but I feel like I've lost some fat for sure and my strength is definitely up. I just have to make sure I'm eating enough calories. Overall I love the stack so far....the biggest change I have seen is in my strength. I also feel like it's leaning me up too. This week will be the same workout as my first week so I'm excited to see where my gains are :)

The only thing is your gonna need at least 3 bottles of Natadrol for 8 weeks though so get another bottle for the 8 weeks plus PCT your not gonna need cause its not a drug so no worries on it...

Actually Formadrol came with the stack so I'll be using that as a PCT

Today was an awesome workout. Felt great throughout the entire thing, I started taking 8 caps yesterday and I can tell for sure. My pump is ridiculous and even though I had a great workout I feel like I could go do it again. I was hoping to get my ASGT today but didn't receive it yet so hopefully I'll be trying that tomorrow.

Today was an off day so nothing new to report....Tomorrow morning is legs. Been having a little trouble sleeping.....not sure if the nataradol has anything to do with this but I might try dosing 3/3/2 and see if that makes a difference.

I love the ASGT.....my last two workouts were hands down the best I've had since I started the stack. Sunday was definitely a cheat day as far as my diet was concerned but I'm back on track today. I want to put as much into it as I can before next Wednesday to hopefully see some pretty good difference in my pics. I've got chest tonight so I'll get that posted later tonight. Nothing new to report on the nataradol.....I haven't really seen any side effects that have really stood out except for possibly the sleep thing.

Oh and all these weights (deadlifts, squats, bench especially) are PR's for me. I have always worked hard in the gym but my workouts were always to sporadic for me to feel comfortable adding any significant weight. It feels good to see the weights go up in the log :)

Been real busy the last couple days and I have two 12 hour days coming up tomorrow and Friday. I am happy with my workouts though....and pumped to put up pics next Wednesday!!

when taking the natabolic stack, do you take the ghenerate with the natadrol or with the formadrol for pct? Also, can i take a preworkout with it as well? Such as NO Shotgun or SuperPump 250?

heres my info on the pre no. jack3d is super strong.long lasting pumps and not a huge crash after words. its deffinetally a good choice in my book .the container also lasts long ,with the servings .
