Another thing...I have been using NO Shotgun for my pre workout. I have probably another week or so left of this. I'm open to any suggestions on any other pre-workout drinks. It's not that I'm not happy with it...just want to try something different. Thanks!!!

I did 8 yesterday of the Natadrol and dude it was the bomb..Pump was awesome to the core..I think 8 is the number to go for..I did superpump 250 1 scoop with 1 scoop of BCAA ,Glutamine 10grms and MRI Anabolic Switch 1 scoop and 3 Natadrol...Boom shakalaka it was during gun day..
3/29 Day 13 Pic Updates
Okay, I won't have my camera tomorrow so I'm going to post pic updates today.
The first pics (left side) were taken on 3-16 and the right side were today. I wish I would have taken a pic of me flexing on 3-16 just to see any difference there. But I'll do that from here on out. I'll take the next pics of April 13. This will be after dosing to 8 caps a day so hopefully they'll be even better.
I also will check my weight tomorrow.
3-30 Day 14
Today was an off day so not much to report. My weight came in at 190 so I lost a pound since last week. Overall I'm up a pound, but I feel like I've lost some fat for sure and my strength is definitely up. I just have to make sure I'm eating enough calories. Overall I love the stack so far....the biggest change I have seen is in my strength. I also feel like it's leaning me up too. This week will be the same workout as my first week so I'm excited to see where my gains are
The only thing is your gonna need at least 3 bottles of Natadrol for 8 weeks though so get another bottle for the 8 weeks plus PCT your not gonna need cause its not a drug so no worries on it...

Today was an awesome workout. Felt great throughout the entire thing, I started taking 8 caps yesterday and I can tell for sure. My pump is ridiculous and even though I had a great workout I feel like I could go do it again. I was hoping to get my ASGT today but didn't receive it yet so hopefully I'll be trying that tomorrow.
My ASGT finally came in today so I'm off to the gym!! Only decision is one scoop or two....hmmmmmmmmmmm

Well I went with 1 1/2 and it was about perfect. Man was I focused and wasn't over stimulated....just a steady buzz. Great workout!

4/2 Day 17
Today was an off day so nothing new to report....Tomorrow morning is legs. Been having a little trouble sleeping.....not sure if the nataradol has anything to do with this but I might try dosing 3/3/2 and see if that makes a difference.
Been out of town...I'll put my leg workout from Sat and my chest workout from tonight up when I get back home later tonight!!

I love the ASGT.....my last two workouts were hands down the best I've had since I started the stack. Sunday was definitely a cheat day as far as my diet was concerned but I'm back on track today. I want to put as much into it as I can before next Wednesday to hopefully see some pretty good difference in my pics. I've got chest tonight so I'll get that posted later tonight. Nothing new to report on the nataradol.....I haven't really seen any side effects that have really stood out except for possibly the sleep thing.
Oh and all these weights (deadlifts, squats, bench especially) are PR's for me. I have always worked hard in the gym but my workouts were always to sporadic for me to feel comfortable adding any significant weight. It feels good to see the weights go up in the log

Been real busy the last couple days and I have two 12 hour days coming up tomorrow and Friday. I am happy with my workouts though....and pumped to put up pics next Wednesday!!
when taking the natabolic stack, do you take the ghenerate with the natadrol or with the formadrol for pct? Also, can i take a preworkout with it as well? Such as NO Shotgun or SuperPump 250?
heres my info on the pre no. jack3d is super strong.long lasting pumps and not a huge crash after words. its deffinetally a good choice in my book .the container also lasts long ,with the servings .
