Final Review

Would like to say thank you to AMS for allowing me to log this product.

Strength- My Strength was a factor in the gym for me. I did start to lose so lbs on varios workouts. Didn't really bother me at the end knowing I was starting to lose the fat.

Vascularity- Veins really started to show towrads the end.

Mood/Aggression- I did really start to get some BAD headaches but found out it was more from my prework with Vapor-XT and timing of my foods. After getting that down no problems at all liked all the stimulant effects.

Libido: No change. Most of the changes were more from personal effects in life not the Vapor-XT.

Joints: Got a little achy, But I'm sure it wasn't the Vapor because I get that way the more I workout and sometimes not time my food out right.

OVERALL-9/10

I will be the first to say that I'm not the best with all the different types of Fat burners and Stimulants. But I have had my fair share of taking those types of supplements. And to be totaly honest Vapor-XT has been a step above all of them.

First on is: I really did work. Because I did lose body fat.
When I started this I was 223 lbs. BF%: 22%. and when I ended the log I was 211 lbs. and a BF% of 17%.

Second: It did take me a couple days to get used to it (and also get my dosing down with my meals). It did give me great appetite suppretion even tho I did keep my meals up and eat right I was still losing BF and feeling great doing it. Just make sure to keep your water intake up because of the Caffeine in it.

Third: The wife liked everything that was happening with BF lose she wants to take it to. But I have alread bought another bottle to start the fat loss again after a nother 2 weeks. (Would like to start sooner tho. HA)

Last: This is a Fat Burner that WORKS! I'm sure there is a couple of things everyone could change with a lot of different fat burners and to start would to look at Vapor-XT and figure what they did right and fix there own fat burners.

Vapor-XT is making me feel good and hot lately, I feel like it is working with something. When I workout I sweat like a pig in summer. And drink water like a fish, so something is going on.

I like taking it on a empty stomach, about 30 mins to 1 hour before eating but I get a bad headach if I do that way. So as long as I take 30 mins before eating I'm fine.

Time will tell how Vapor-XT is working for me.

Was going to take Pictures and measurements to day but was working in the garage on my Motorcycle, Changing the Oil, Oil Filter, and Brake fluids. And ran out of time. Sorry Royd. I would like to take some pictures and measurements in the morning. I have off on Friday is that cool I take everything on Friday.

During the week I stick with my diet. The only cheat I have is about one meal on Saturday or Sunday. Sometimes I have a Chz Burger and fries. Or a couple pieces of Pizza. Nomaly only one meal but some times I do one meal on Saturday or Sunday then one on Thursday. But if I do, do the Thursday cheat meal I will just have a burger at lunch. But I'm pretty harsh on myself about my diet and meals.

So I had to drive over to Ohio (were I'm from org. My brother was working putting in a window and the guy working with him was holding the window up and lost his grip and it fell on my brothers head and body, and he got cut up bad. What's the latest as far as you can tell for fat loss?
I will be adding in my measurements later Royd. But for fat loss as just looking at body and sizing of my pants. My wife says that all my pants and shirts look way to big for me and I'm on my last hole of my new belt. Now I have to by a new belt.

Vapor-XT I feel is work for me in a lot of ways.

1. I'm really eating (Hopefully) right for me to lose wieght, I was losing weight before taking Vapor but it was slower. Now I'm losing faster and feeling better and it shows in the belt size of my pants.

2. Vapor at first was kinda hard on me with taking it on a empty stomch. Not so much now that I also eat about 30 mins after taking it.

3. Have noticed that my suger levels are dropping. Maybe from the vapor or just not taking what I need for the day in. Have add a little more carbs for around 2:30 for the kick in I need for the rest of the day and night workout.

4. All in all I'm liking Vapor-XT alot and friends have been talking to me about what I'm changing in my diet and taking. So it looks like other people can see the changes.

More to come after the bottle is finished.
