Tri Fecta Stack (Unsponsered)
My first log here on AM. Been great learning on here Thanks to all who guided me the last 6 months!!
I will be doing the LG TriFecta Stack! I have the XL bottles and will be starting on Monday 3/8/10. Looking for insight on dosing from users or Reps. Im 6'3" 255lbs. I have been working on my diet like crazy the last 4 weeks and am to the point were i feel its a GO!!
So for the Stack i will be using the Methyl 1-D and the Methyl Masterdrol. My PCT will consist of the Highly talked about recently Test Booster Formadrol Extreme. I will also incorporate USP Labs Prime into my PCT to help keep strength rolling along.I have enough Nolva if needed to run 20/20/10/10
My goal for this stack is to really cut some AB fat,Lean out and just stay consistent with my strength. I worked hard to Bulk from 210 to 255lb so i just want to polish the frame a little with this stack.
I have ran E-stane and Hdrol before. They were my first go arounds so i did not have all the pieces in place for them so most my gains were temporary. For this run I have Everything needed including some leftover Nolva Pills (Not that i need them) but i have them.
My WO days looks like this
Monday Chest- 5 exercises 5 sets 12 Reps each superset with Pushups. Then i do 2 exercises for my Tri's 5 sets 12 reps. Then i usually do 15 minutes Hiit on the treadmill.
Tuesday Back and Bi's same philosophy 5 exercises 5 sets 12 reps for back. 2 exercisies 5 sets 12 reps Bi's. 15 Minutes Hiit Training
Wednsday Legs. Love Legs nothing better then walking crooked out of a Gym!!
Thursday Shoulders Same idea 5 Exercises 5 Sets 12 Reps. I also do a Pyramid set for Flat Chest. I will do 185lb 2 reps, 205lb 2 Reps, 225 2 Reps, 245, 2 Reps, then come back down to just a plate and do a burnout of reverse grip BP.
Friday Bi's and Tri's Same as the above and throw in 15 minutes of Hiit Training at the end.
I change my workout weekly so will update when that happens. Monday will be my heavy week so i will start at 5x5 for that week then going to the above for 3 weeks.
I am a straight shooter. Im your average lifter trying to prolong my life. I have a Medical condition Multiple Sclerosis but im still dedicated 100%. Went over everything with my Doctor he approved this stack and i will have blood test done evey 4 weeks starting Monday.
Love to hear thoughts on what you guys think is wrong or what is good. I have came along way. 2 years ago i could not get the bar now i Bench 275 fairly easy and the 315 twice.
Some Measurements that i have Arms 20 1/8", Chest 50 3/8", Quads, Calves will get on leg day.
Thanks for whoever follows. I tell it like it is. Im not being paid im sticking with the diet included in the box and plan on giving LG either tons of Props or ...... Well lets focus on the props. We all know LG is the best 1 or 2 makers on AM that make very good products my hat goes off to them.
So thats it See Ya Monday afternoon I gym it up around 5:45 so updates will be later.

Alright will be startin Tomorrow!
I will dose the M1-D 1-2-1 for the first week then go to 1-2-2
I will dose the Masterdrol 1-2-1 then goto 1-2-2
If anyone has better options for dosing i open to your suggestions

I may go to an xtra Cap but for some reason i tend to respond well to right around suggested dosage. If im feeling good and seeing progress i will stay put if im on the verge of something i will look into bumping up. I just dont like to get greedy cause thats where problems arise.
Will post my 1st update in the evenings Monday as i workout around 5 30

Dosed The Tri Stack 1 and 1 at around 9am. Then 2 and 2 at around 3. Then again at 7 30 1 and 1. Going to play with the dose probably do 2 am 2 before gym and go from there. Had a tough time with the under the tounge thing. Had to break the pills into 4's to get a dissolve to take place easier. All in all im excited and 100% dedicated. One question to the LG guys is it 100% disolvable or after 15 minutes just swallow whats Left?
For my workouts i take no break i consider this my heavy week 6 reps at least. I will finish rack add weight or remove then hit it again.
Day 1 Chest
WarmUp BP 135x12
Flat Bench Press
Dumb Bell Fly's
55x6 and i did 5 sets and i Super set with 12 Pushup's
Rope Pull Downs
Tri's Push Downs
Then i did Abs and called it a day. Not much to report today other then I like the samples of the E-911! Did them 30 minutes before W/O and got to say im impressed. New product i will for sure buy (Unless some LG buddies want to hook me Up . I will do Back tomorrow and do the same Heavy 6 reps sets with no break and perfect form)

Dont seem like alot of weight but when you just dont break and hit another set WHEWWWWW!! You feel it!

When there is the little bit left just girnd it up with your teeth and give it like another 30seconds to absorb.

Day 2 Back and Bi's
Weight 255.6 (Weighed afternoon instead of morning my mistake)
Day 2 did not expect anything but i did notice some energy after the first set and my God did I ever sweat. Im not exagerating on sweating it was by far the most ive sweat since i started going to the gym. Today was back and Bi's day. I dosed M1d and MM 2 each at 8 am and again 2 each at 5pm.
WarmUp Wide Grip Pull down
Wide Grip Pull Downs
Upright Lateral Rows (The machine has 4 different grips I alternate between each and then do 1 twice)
One Arm Rows
Flat Over Head Dumbell lat raises (Not sure of the name but you lay flat on a bench the start at your chest and take dumbell behind head to the floor then back up)
Seated angled Hammer Curls
Overall good day Mood was good I thought the sweat would exhaust me but I felt good. Was extremely tight after workout. Will be legs tomorrow looking forward to walking out crooked as possible. I dont kill legs weight wise i focus more on Reps. Stay tuned!!

Day 3 was Leg Day. Had a good workout and the sweating was Crazy again. I was soaked but felt good i think im on the verge of something here! I Felt like i could just keep going which was good being leg day I pushed hard today. No strength increase yet which i did not expect to this early so im still looking forward to that but i did notice some appetite surpression just wasn't as Hungry today which was good. Kinda liked the scale today was just under 252 which my goal is 240 so we shall see.
Day 3 Legs
Weighted Lunges (24 wide stride steps with 45lb plates in each hand)
24 steps x 3 Sets
Reverse Leg Curls (Single Leg)
Reverse Curls Double Leg
Calf extensions using 225lbs
No weight Calf extensions (Doing them off the ledge of a machine)
25 reps x3
Felt like doing a little more so i did a little flat BP
15 Minutes of Cardio on the Bike 3.2Miles
Day 3 in the books. Tomorrow is shoulders

Day 4 Shoulders
Still feeling Not as Hungry which is good for what im shooting for.The sweating Continued profusely. Felt strong today. Not saying i felt a strength increase but was the feeling that i could push it a little harder. So overall had a good shoulder day threw in some abs and another 10 minutes on the bike.

Standing Straight Bar Close grip Raises
Front Raises (Super setted this with the above Side Raises)
Shrugs (BarBell slow with a long hard pinch at the top)

Arms and Tri's. Felt really good today. Satrted out slow (To my standards) then really picked it up. Appetite is still low i actually expected the opposite with this stack but im not complaining. The only Neg. I encountered was I dosed a 20mg shot of Nolva this morning. Never had that feeling i had today. Not saying its anything but id rather be safe. I had it here did not want to play the wait and see game so i dosed it. Will prolly continue the 20mg dose for a few days just to be safe. Hopefully its nothing. Sweat real good today and after the first set my arms were hard as rocks.

100% agreed!! Hate the fact i felt like i had to dose a shot of Nolva this early im hoping it was all in my head. Still going to stay on it for a few more days just to make sure. Other then that Today was a blast was full and Strong the entire workout!Get good rest LouDawg! I'm focused, you're focused, lets feed!

Ran for 15 Minutes at Hiit Training
Walked 2 minutes then Ran 1 minute,Walked a Minute, Then ran. All the way to 15 minutes. Woke up this morning thinking nothing this weekend just relax. Nope,Felt great hit the gym did a couple Abs and Hiit. Felt Good. Will 100% take off tomorrow!

Nothing strength wise yet. I like the Recomp thats taking place. My diet has been strict. I was eating about 4500 Calories when i bulked im now eating 2400-2500 to lose some fat and its working. Have 4 abs showing and 10 days ago i could not see them so im happy. Still dosing Nolvadex but im now doing 10mg a day for a few just to taper off. Not sure what happened but my Left nipple became "Noticable" to me. No pain and im starting to think i confused a vein for all my troubles. Just so hard not to think about the dreaded "G" word but once you do it ****s with your mind something Crazy!! Well better to be safe then sorry right?
Today was Chest i went hard 12 reps at least of everything and then did a little Tri's at the end. Ran 2.15 miles this morning Fasted and did another .80 miles after W/O. Really feeling good on Cardio. Thats the real thing ive noticed other then the Recomp.

This is looking good. Cals look good, workouts are high intense low rest, cardio incorporated. Keep this up, you will change.
